Week 3 Day 2 Replay of Tulsa Golden Hurricanes vs North Bay Guar

There will be at least a partial replay of this game as the
admins all agree that after the Slap incident it is unfair to
impose a result influenced by the use of an illegal multi. As
both parties were unaware at this point, the 2nd half at least
will be replayed following the conclusion of Sunday's matches.
The first half also has the option to be replayed, but it not
required. At the moment, unless both GMs want to replay the
first half, we shall replay the second half starting from the
1-0 scoreline (NGBA leading) that was originally at HT before
the Slap incident.
This replay has been vetoed by the League Commissioner, and in
accordance to Section 7 of the HCD Rulebook is not debatable.
Should a team not show up, they shall forfeit the match and the
scoreline shall be changed to 3-0.
First half stats will still count unless it is to be replayed.

Then he can forfeit. Out of proper respect and sportsmanship, I
am calling for a re.
And in the room, he said that he didnt care if it was re'd or
not, he asked his team, and they didnt really answer. Only crow
answered no because he didnt want to host longer then he had to.

EDIT: If you are talking about "Slap" we had absolutely no idea
that Slap was fake so how did we cheat?
