       Banned: Slap / Joey

       Upon further investigation of last night's matches, it was
       discovered that Slap and Joey have been logging in from the same
       IP.
       After some discussion, the HCD Staff have decided to ban them
       for the rest of the season.
       Effective immediately, both players will lose all their
       privileges including posting rights and may only communicate
       through XAT, IRC and stream chat.
       Three shall take Joey's place as General Manager and is able to
       elect an Assistant General Manager, should he wish.
       As well, the Tulsa vs NGBA game is eligible to be re'd on Week 4
       Day 1 after all other matches as a multi was used during play.
       Should both GMs agree, the match shall be replayed entirely and
       stats from the original match shall not count. The HCD Staff
       encourage the General Managers to support this replay in
       demonstration of fair play and respect.
       The players in question officially have 48 hours to make a claim
       in their defence in accordance to Rule 4.3.5 and all applying
       sub-rules. No players other than those in question may post in
       this thread.
       Once the 48 hours are up, the HCD Staff shall review the case
       and adjust the length of the ban, if necessary. Substantial
       proof of false multi must be given in order to revert the
       decision.
       The decision of putting up for ban has been given by the
       Commissioner and all lower ranks have been vetoed in accordance
       to the Rulebook Section 7: Distribution of Power.
       The 48 hour defence claim expires on Wednesday, March 12 at 9:45
       AM EST (15:45 GMT)
