Life Biography (Minimum of 300 words): Everything begins when I
was born in October 1984 in County General hospital. I was born
in a rich Spanish family, but with a lot of family problems.
My father was a crazy drug addict that every day he came home
drunk His Name John. My mother was a good woman who worked all
day Flextronics Factory His name was Angela.
My childhood
All my childhood I was at my grandmother because my parents
worked and had time I saw them only late at night.
Larry grew up in a Madrid the capital city of Spain. As a young
boy, I'd say around the age of 9, he was steadily involved in
school. He was getting strait A's and excelling in his
academics. It wasn't until this one day when he was walking home
from school, and decided to take a short cut. Now, he had never
gone this way in his life, ever. So, as he crosses through this
small scape of trees and bush, he stumbles upon this group of
men, about seven of them, who were lifting these white, bag
looking things into a truck. As you might have guessed, he was
seen. Oddly, and luckily for Larry, they didn't kill him, nor
did they even hurt him. They simply asked him one little
question.
"Hey You" Someone Shouted"want to Help Us?i will give you 200$
if you will help". I was confused for a second I replied quickly
that I wanted and they took me with them in the truck and
brought me back two hours later.
The boss gave me $ 200 and asked me if I wanted to work with
them instead of going to school I went and asked my mom and she
said yes I would be happy working with them.
In 1999 my father died because of heart problems I was very sad
and I could not continue to work my mom suggested that we should
leave the city and start a new life in strange place called "Los
Santos",My cousin lives there. I thought about it for a week and
we decided that we pass.
I was sad move to Los Santos because i won't see my friends in
Madrid but I thought that I can meet new friends.
In Los Santos i met a lot of new friends. I like Politics, i
want to change my community and to become famous in City.Thats
why i want to join Government.After 3 years I decided to join
Government with dared for our Town/City.I think this is the time
to make improve our community.

I want to protect the important people and defend the city hall
from the robers and criminals, I got experience of guarding,
cause in the school when I was bored I play some guards with my
friends and stuff. I want to join too because I like to play
with the justice, fight the criminals and defend the city or
city hall of the criminals and robers.

given the opportunity to embark upon such a thing as being a
representative, for our great city.
Speaking truthfully, I do have a government background, and I do
have a strong relation to civil services, which many have been
wronged by in our city, but what I truly want to do is give the
people of Los Santos a voice. Our current administration is
complete rubbish, and with the on going non-sense, and lack of
publicity and community efforts from our current government, its
time for an alteration.
Are we really willing to let those who are not really, us, who
are really not a part of us, be in a position to steer the rotor
of the boat we are all part of?
Tiger 2013 has only one aim, and that is freedom. No more
unneeded restrictions, and better service from our government
agencies. Tiger 2013 aims not to make Larry Tiger the next
President of Los Santos but to make the citizens of Los Santos
the heads.[/td][/tr][/table]
[CENTER]Council Reform[/CENTER]
[table][tr] [td]In addition to me being elected Presedent, one
of my main ways to give voice to the people, is by giving
representation, for the people.
In order to do so, a city council will be enacted. The city
council will be 50% government, and 60% civilian. The city
council will consist of seven people, three being government
employees, and four being elected civilians. The three
government employees will consist of;
The President of Los Santos
An [Color=Blue]LSPD[/Color] employee, chosen by the department
or via election.
An [Color=Pink]LSFMD[/Color] Employee, chosen by the department,
or via election.
Each side, will be tasked with speaking with residents, or
business owners within certain areas, and gaining a modest, and
civilian-based vote on proposals, and other things brought to
the attention of the council. Each civilian representative will
have to be assigned via election, which will be held immediately
after the Presidental elections, in the event that you do vote
for me.[/td][/tr][/table]
[CENTER]Terra Reform[/CENTER]
[table][tr] [td]If elected President, I will also bring more
attention to the state of our city, including road re-pavement,
and funding for the needs of city buildings.
City buildings, including the LSFMD HQ, and the LSPD HQ, have
been overstocked with trash, and our city has had many problems
in regards to parking issues, with many idle cars being left in
the road, and other contributing factors to car accidents, and
pollution. The lakes and various water sources of Los Santos,
are rarely used by boats, due to the lack of commerce, and lack
of a purpose for the boats. Infact, fishing in Los Santos has
been down by 90% since 2010. If elected to President, I will
ensure the cleaning of our local waters, and attempt to have a
sea-faring, and sea-food chain come to Los Santos, and allow
civilians to make money through means of fishing.

[CENTER]Gaming Reform[/CENTER]
[table][tr] [td]I also have plans of bringing more gaming, and
city supervised gambling. Things such as, public sponsored car
raffles, and plans of renaming the northern area of Behind LSPD
aka LSPD Behind Park Avernue, "Little Hong Kong", and brief
additions added to the casin*s located within that area. We also
wish to have more areas of the city turned into gaming areas,
including sports centers, and the East Los Santos Stadium being
transformed into a major in-door race track.[/td][/tr][/table]
