GTA San Andreas Crisis [ NEED ASSISTANTS ]

I know ya'll miss me from this server i've been absent because I
deleted my GTA by mistake and I cannot download it because it
comes up with some error saying 'Feature Transfer error ' if any
of you smart kids can tell me what this means and how to solve
it I will appreiciate it very much and probably give you a
cookie or a piece of chicken depends.

If you can tell me how to solve this problem so I can download
GTA and resume to playing SA-MP again thanks

I can reinstall GTA because when it gets to like 75% that box
comes up then it closes my GTA download so I don't know what to
do?
