Some changes to the server.

Hello guys, this is your Co-Owner Necip.I would like to announce
2 new and legit rules.The first is, I will check the most houses
and the house owner's Last Activity.If it's more than a week,
his house will be sold and able to be bought.If you don't want
to lose your house, you better become more active.The second one
is, I have seen lots of complaints against the economy.People
have Billion of admin given dolars and some just 100k or
something.If your cash is admin given, we have to remove some so
the server goes better.I am sorry for the last news, it may be
bad for some people.Have fun around the server :)

What if we havent been active on our RP account, but we've still
been active on Admin?

Nice question, well it won't be the same, your house will stay
as you are active on your admin.
