       Car suggestion

       I know I got alot of suggestions but you know, it's for
       improving the server ;D
       Why not add a /friskcar command, that way, you can see if the
       car has any materials, guns, money, etc.
       We can also put like:
       "This car is the property of %d" >> Player's name.
       What do you think?
