       [SIZE=3][I][B]Here I am going to give some advices about posting
       a Forum Complaint.I have included every needed thing, and this
       shall be read before posting a FC.[/B][/I][/SIZE]

       [/COLOR]Well, first of all, when you are going to Forum
       Complaint someone you must have a valid reason.A valid reason is
       something like DM, PG, MG and those kind of things.If someone
       just said LOL NOOB, then you shall not take him in mind.You
       shall first /report them IG and if admin says you to FC then go
       for it.If you don't have any SS or Videos(better), then your FC
       will get closed.

       Am I sure that he broke a rule?[/B][/I][/SIZE][/FONT][/COLOR]
       If you are not sure if the other person broke a rule, simply
       /report that.Admins know what is wrong and what is not and it is
       easy to solve such a problem for them.

       If you also broke a rule and it is shown on the video or SS, you
       will get punished too.No one remains like they are if they broke
       a rule.I have seen so many people FCing, with their Rule-break.I
       didn't do anything but close the topic, but from now on, I shall
       act for these kind of things.

       Every rule breaker shall be complained or reported.A good reason
       for that is, if he doesn't get reported once, twice, he will do
       it again and again.Isn't it bad to see a growing server having
       DMers and no one reporting them?
