Fan/Member of the Month?

We could do a cool member/fan of the month for the forum. We
could get people to vote for canditates and give good reasons,
and not just because they are their friends. Maybe you can view
there post account, their suspension/warning records, and pick
the two or five best canditates to vote from. Its easier to do
than it sounds, it'd be cool if we did that.
