Age

A problem in Percy Jackson is the age. The guy was practically
16 when he did the first movie. He was supposed to be twelve,
and i don't mind that. What i really hate is when the age of the
prophecy is moved to 21. I mean, Logan can pull off the 16 year
old look, so why change the age of the prophecy to 21 instead of
16? It makes a whole lot of difference.

Well, in the 1st book Percy was 12, and the Great Prophecy
centres around what happens when he does turn 16. But of course,
when they messed up the movies, in the first MOVIE Percy's,
like, 17 (I won't complain, I mean, Logan), so they increased
the prophecy age to 21 or whatever so it does correspond to the
time period in the books, I guess. Plus it gives them more time
to make the movies, I guess. Maybe they won't ruin the rest of
the series, given more time?
Just my thought process when I thought about it after seeing Sea
of Monsters. Hope that helps, Sarah! :)
