PENNY FANCLUB

Hello! I am starting a penny fanclub. Join or I can use my admin
powers to delete you as a user. I won't actually that would be
abuse of my privledges. But I have my ways. Just kidding I would
do anything if you don't join, only if you offend Penny.
A Pennini is my offically name that I created for a Penny fan.
I will make this cooler later.
