       Start > Run > Type regedit > Enter.
       Navigate to:-
       HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class
       In the right-hand panel delete UpperFilters and LowerFilters.
       Restart Windows.
