So your Problem is temporarily solved.
I say this because ever you wanted to use the printer for print
purpose you need the re-setter software. Otherwise you need to
buy original ink cartridge.
But we will keep trying to your re-setter for free.
Ever we got that we will inform you as soon as possible.

The problem was not solved at all ? I only want to use the
scanner and import photos to my computer.
I do not need any ink to do this. I gave up on the Epson RX595
and will just use My Brother Black and
white printer as I dont need color when I want to print out
music notation or words to read, such as
a manual to tell me how to work a device.
I purchased a Epson Perfection V33 Photo Scanner to replace
the scanner on
the RX595 and the same drivers do not work with that either.
Now in order to use the scanner, I go to the Printers and
Devices area and double click on the V33 and the correct program
opens up
then I copied and pasted that to my Start button and all I have
to do is hit the one button.
Sorry you could not help me at all with my original problem,
but the 60 bucks I spent on the new scanner
can be gotten back very quickly by not having to buy 7 sets of
colored ink that dries up on its own without
even being used in a short period of time.

Sorry for that, we cannot help you in your original problem.
One little information,
The cartridge came with printer at the time of buying is call
demo cartridge, is full of Ink every time, in 90% case it given
for only test purpose, so it end up in a quick time, even you
not use the ink too much. Some time the ink level so it have ink
in it but actually there was no ink so thought that the ink is
dried up.
Now on your problem you really confused us.
We know that at the time of scanning a soft copy the printer do
not need ink, BUT
First you say that you are thinking about to push water in the
cartridge to make a fool your printer because your printer
searching for ink at the time of printing.

Then secondly you say that the front buttons on your scanner
allowed you to copy to a paper as it not installed you can't do
so. But its a start at least.....

And now you are saying that the problem is not solved. you
replace the scanner.

Now we cannot understand what is the problem you are trying to
share?
Did you want to say that The driver software on your computer
installed does not work perfectly?
If so then You should completely un-install all the software
related with your printer and scanner.
Then You need to do a fresh install of your related software.
Read your scanning instruction on your printer manual.
