       If hard disk going 2 weak because of too/low  power supply
       through ups
       what action should be taken
       can it be very risk full for hard disk when computer directly
       connects without ups

       This is very good question, But i think i need to little
       research to answer your question.
       But i think direct AC Power supply does not harm a hard disk.
       Because though there is no UPS but PSU is always there.
       So i think without an unfortunate surge it can't harm hard disk.
       Surge can damage your hard disk as well as your motherboard and
       SMPS too.
       So that a Surge protected PSU, or UPS is require for a safe PC.
