Watch players before you kick/ban them

Dear Admins,
I would strongly suggest watching players you suspect of
cheating before you kick or ban them. Judging them by the short
amount of time that you see during the killcam is not always
enough to make an educated guess.

PS: ReDaTTaCK, I have no idea where you see any hint of cheating
in the linked demo ...
