Yeah, yeah, I know what you'd say to me if you saw this.
"Oh, lookit, there's that red-headed nut-job who wants to be a
designer."
Well guess what, arschloch, I am not a nut-job, ok? My parents
just want me to get at least some of my anger under control, and
honestly at this point I sometimes agree with them. Although if
you tell them that, I will go ballistic on your butt, just
warning you.
What people don't seem to understand is that all I want to do is
fashion. I don't really want to walk down the runway--I'm not
close to tall enough for that, and I like food too much--but I
want to be the designer, I want to make a show so amazing that
everyone at home stops trying to tell me that I'll never be good
enough for the 'big stage'.
I don't even care how much money I make, I just want to see
dresses or whatever that I designed, be walked down the catwalk
and feel the world admiring it.
So call me narcissistic. You won't be the last.

Someone told me it might be a good idea to make friends outside
my area of expertise. Apparently, in case I want to change
professions. But I don't. Not even close. Nobody seems to get
it. They're all, "This is your time to experiment" or "Don't
shut doors for your future" and crap. But I don't care.
I'm going into fashion and design. End of story.
(Ok, yeah, my parents.)
I will admit that I probably should have friends outside my
chosen profession, and I am 'young' and need the social
stimulation. But I don't think I should do that just because
somebody, even my parents, tell me I should. Isn't that, like,
wrong, or something? I'll make friends with people when I'm good
and ready! Not until then. Hmph.
I do miss Germany a lot. It has always been home to me... I wish
my parents hadn't moved. All my friends... I keep telling my
parents that that is part of the reason that I have such a hard
time here--it's not easy to make friends for me, even though
I've been classified as an extrovert. Not many really understand
me, I guess. They just think they do. So I get very picky about
who I hang out with, and hell, nobody here makes it easy for me
to trust them. Maybe I'll have more luck in school...
