[Google] What we believe

Here at [Google] we have a collection of guidelines in which we
follow during our everyday workings on Habbo! It would be
appreciated if all members could read through this list and
follow the guidelines to ensure our company does what it says on
the tin!
Focus on respect for everybody and all else will follow.
- Respect is valued above all else at [Google], it is also key
to your success in the company. If it's a promotion you're
after, we want to see that you can respect everybody around you,
whatever their position, race, religion, sex, gender, sexuality
or ability!
It’s best to do one thing really, really well.
- Although we do many things very well, we pride ourselves in
our ability to be a team! Every member in [Google] is valued,
and because of that, we recognise it is important for us to
communicate with you! Unlike most groups on Habbo, we ensure
that all levels of staff talk to each other everyday! You'll
often see the company owners sitting at the front desk and
joining in with the day-to-day activities!
Fast is better than slow.
- We aim to bring you the fastest possible service that you
could ask for! Any and all questions you ask will be responded
to by the appropriate member of staff in a maximum of two days!
Any ideas you have will be looked over and considered! Being
slow is boring, we want to get your voice heard!
Democracy on Habbo works.
- It may seem as though many groups on Habbo are run by a single
individual, who makes all of the decisions. We disagree with
this concept at [Google]. Every member of our group is
important, everybody is listened to and everybody has a vote.
This is your company too, and so you have a right to fight for
change! Our management works to give you the best experience on
Habbo that is possible!
You don’t need to be at your desk to need an answer.
- We understand that communication is important, so we've set up
various ways for you to get in touch with us! We have an email
system, where you can sign up for an email address and contact
us any time and anywhere you want! We also have a forum to
ensure that all records and ideas are stored and read!
You can make money without doing evil.
- We are a business, but that does not mean our main objective
is to make money. We strive to make you happy, the money comes
second to you. Any coins that we make are put back into the
group as payment for your hard work, or to improve various
factors of the company, such are more rooms for you to enjoy!
There’s always more to learn out there.
- We pride ourselves in our ability to educate you. Habbo is not
all about socialising, but also about the discovery of new and
interesting people, ideas, theories and knowledge! We want to be
the people to bring this to you! With such a diverse group of
people, there are always new things to learn!
Your safety is important.
- Although Habbo may seem fun, it can be a dangerous place for
children and teenagers. We constantly have room moderators
watching eagerly to ban or mute anybody who is causing you harm!
If you have an issue, you just have to come to one of our very
clearly labelled room MODs for help! We also have a side-group
called ChildLine, who are there to listen to any problems you
have and to give you advice on how to remain safe and solve your
issues.
You can be serious without a suit.
- We built [Google] with the intention of challenging you, but
that challenge should be fun. We know we can succeed if our
company culture is top notch, and that means bringing out the
individuality of each and every one of you. Although some staff
must wear a uniform, the majority of us are able to express
ourselves however they please through our clothing!
Great just isn’t good enough.
- We're good, but we could always be better. We try to ensure
that we're always looking to the future, and that means after
every accomplishment we have, there are always more to be made.
It's important for us to keep trying to be better.
