       These are the rules for a transfer. A Person must fulfill all
       the requirements before they can transfer.
       ---------Requirements--------
       1.A person must not have any other job badges other then the one
       that their motto says.
       2.A person must have atleast 100+ members and this number will
       increase as Google's members increase.
       3.The person who asks for a transfer must have all the badges
       required or we will not accept it.
       4. If a person acts immature during the Transfer you can also
       deny it.
