       [CSA] Official Policies
       Payment Policy
       The Payment policy points that the ranks that can be payed for
       is written in the rank list.Payment is accepted for only those
       particular rank.Also payments can only be done to Cabinet+.Check
       the list for people who can be payed.No refunds so once you quit
       your money will get wasted.Also you wont get your money back.
       Uniform Policy
       Uniform can be found in the base of [CSA].Standard [CSA] Members
       need to wear it.[CSA] Security and above need to wear smart
       uniform but of their choice.There are 2 separate sets of
       uniform-One for HC and One for Norms.
       Transfering/Quiting policy
       If an [CSA] HR+ quits [CSA] he/she can rejoin.But the person
       will need to start from Trial High Rank.It is best not to
       quit.If you payed for rank,you wont get money for it.
       Clones ID Policy
       If you wanna use a clone ID,please talk to a founder for
       permission.You should have a good reason.If someone without
       Permission is seen to be using a clone ID,he/she might be
       demoted or even fired.
       [CSA] Warning Policy
       The following is the warning system:
       Strike 1:Warning
       Strike 2:Warning
       Strike 3:Demotion
       Strike 4:Suspension
       Strike 5:Fired
       Warning can be given for the follwing reasons:
       1.Disrespecting
       2.Self Promoting
       3.Asking for rights,pay,promo
       4.Violating the rules.
       5.Bribing
       [CSA] Trial Rank Policy
       This policy indicate that the  people who are on trial eg.Trial
       OOA,Trial BoD,Trial HR etc.will have their trial for 3-5
       ranks.Trial HR will only get Security,Special Force and
       Trainers.After trial the official rank is given.
