Your suggestion:
1) Write-able number plates
2) Head shot system
3) Slang commands
Comments:

[glow=green,2,300]Write able number plates : The vehicles we
buy have a hyper number on them. Which looks realistic, but this
is a game. The number plates should be change-able so that a
player can change his number plate to a 12 letter(max) word. To
apply this change the player must pay 300k for changes. He
should be able to change the numberplate on that car he payed
for only.[/glow]

[glow = green,2,300]This system is self-explanatory. We should
be able to kill players using a sniper with only 1 bullet to the
head. It gives a client message to all the players that %s has
killed %s with a headshot. It looks good and almost 80% of the
CnR servers around SA:MP have this system. So, we should add in
too..[/glow]
[glow=purple,2,300]Slanging commands.[/glow]
[glow=green,2,300]Some of the commands are a little lengthy and
require time to be written. So thats why, to reduce the time
period in which they are written just make them smaller. [/glow]

/acceptbail - /acb
/newclass - /nc
/myhouses - /myh

I agree,
But Head-shot should only be for Hitman.
