IS SPAWN KILLING ALLOWED JUST REPLY YES OR NO!!
Explation: I am being threatened by Volcano that i dnt do my
duties well and he may ban or demote me
cuz i warned itachi and beez for spawn killing me!!!

Lets get going.
You have a nice question.. Spawn killing, basically, isn't
allowed on the servers which don't have a protection for it. On
this server, we have a cooldown(999999% HP) on the spawn. So,
after a spawn, you can kill the player. It dosen't count as a
spawn kill, if you kill someone after the cooldown, it just
can't be.
You were un-aware of this. Please, keep care of this from next
time.

I MEANT DECREASE THE COOL DOWN SYSTEM THERE SHOULD BE LIKE 5
SECONDS AFTER SPAWN IN WHICH U CANT BE KILLED

As much as I know, Spawn killing is not Allowed. If someone
Spawn Kills, it is a Kind of Farming.. It will Increase The
Kills of the Player Along with the Score.
So Hence I don't think Spawn Killing is Allowed!
Secondly, About the Cool Down Time, What if a Player Ties the
Victims? I think Spawn Killing Shouldn't be Allowed.
