Clan system

Your suggestion: Clan System
Explain your suggestion: I'm asking for a clan system to be able
to show different clans ; A way for members to be apart of a
clan in game, to be able to clan chat (/c) for communication
with other members. etc....
Examples, ideas (image/video/sound): /c for clan chat.
/viewclans to see the list of clans.
Priority (Low/medium/high): Medium.

The clans have a /set[clan name] /kick[clan name] and a chat
system as well..
We, in [PG] have these commands, idk of other gangs, if there
isn't for others, then +1.
