beach ball
run towards it and let it bounce on your head and numbers will

This was initially designed for the Beta version of the game,
the 'Ghost Tower' was designed to be a Clock watch tower for the
Airbase, but was later removed before VC was released. The Ghost
Tower, however, remains. As you travel to the West Island you
can see the tower, and then when the compulsory loading screen
appears then disappears, the 'Ghost Tower' vanishes.
