       Some delegations have announced a second "taking of Lima." Only
       in the first week of March, the Ombudsman's Office already
       registered 48 collective protest actions in eight regions. The
       violent attack with tear gas bombs fired at the chests of Aymara
       mothers who were carrying their babies, recorded in Lima,
       generated great indignation in the highlands. The Aymara protest
       in the town of Juli, department of Puno, was once again harshly
       repressed, leaving several people injured, including by gunshot
       wounds.
