The locker number is:
The number of radians it takes a wheel of radius 0.3 meters with
v[sub]t[/sub]= 28.46 m/s, to slow to a stop when it has α=
-8.3 rad/s[sup]2[/sup].
Determine a conversion between radians and numbers on the locker
dial pad.
The first number is 0.628 radians past 0. From there, turn the
dial + 6.53 radians to the second number. Finally, end on the
number that represents the number of rotations a wheel goes
through when it speeds up from rest with an angular acceleration
of 2.53 rad/s[sup]2[/sup] for 12 seconds.
