       do you use f=uN for the friction part of 5.6 and if yes, what
       numbers do i use

       Yes you will.  The problem says it is moving at constant speed,
       which means no acceleration, which means no net force, which
       means the force of friction must be equal to the applied force.
       Then you can use the weight of the box for the normal force.
