       Sean: Here's what I put down as an Idea of how we can do our pod
       cast. I have some comment on how we should do this, but I mainly
       want ideas from the rest of you! How can we make this last an
       hour? should be do specific talks? How do we keep things fun but
       so its not crazy  (XD do we want that???)
