Pokemon X and Y: The Gray Tiers

The Gray Tiers
This list will show all entrant's standings in a small,
optional, tier list. The tier list is defined by victories over
other entrants. This list will keep you informed about the best
entrant's pokemon, teams, and winning strategies.
Rules:
1. In order to surpass an entrant in rank you must be at least 2
tiers below them, and must beat them in a 3/5 match, where the
victor has to get three victories without the loser gaining any
more then two victories. If three victories occur by either
player individually then that person takes the defeated player's
spot, and as such that player is moved one tier down. All
players below this entrant are automatically moved down. If the
defeated entrant is below the winning entrant's tier then no
changes occur.
2. An entrant cannot have two of the same Pokémon on their team.
For example, a entrant cannot have two duskulls on his or her
team. If an entrant attempts this that player is automatically
granted a loss.
3. An entrant cannot use any accuracy or evasion effecting moves
inside of a battle. If an entrant attempts this that player is
automatically granted a loss.
4. The use of any pokemon that is considered legendary is
strictly prohibited. If an entrant attempts this that player is
automatically granted a loss.
5. If an entrant's rank is 5 or higher then they cannot decline
a battle permanently.
6. Use of deoxys and all its subsequent forms is strictly
prohibited. If an entrant attempts this that player is
automatically granted a loss.
7. If you are in any tier above undefined your pokemon team must
be listed, and cannot be changed without defeating the entrant
below you. Only one team is allowed by any entrant unless the
entrant's rank is S or higher. Items can be changed freely among
the pokemon, but pokemon cannot be changed or switched out.
8. Mega kangaskhan is banned. This will not be disputed. All
uses of this pokemon will result in a loss.
9. An entrant cannot use any status moves that put a pokemon to
sleep if another pokemon has already been put to sleep If an
entrant attempts this that player is automatically granted a
loss.
10. If a spot is unoccupied then a win by any entrant against
any entrant will result in the winner being put in the
unoccupied spot as long as that unoccupied spot is above the
player's current position.

It's based on actual battling, not an RP. The rules are pretty
simple, and if you want to join I just have to put you name
down. It gets complicated, for me, when people start getting
tiers, but it should be fun. It will also prove who's the best
at the game.

Freat job everyone who was in the tornament to decide the tier.
I lost to solokolos first and then david... but anyways David
became the champ anyways!
My fav battle I had was with daltyn! my flower hadz da power!
