Farming question

Hey all, first post.
I'm new to Graal, and I just learned about farming. I found the
perfect spot at my house to throw bombs where I hit 13 patches
of grass per bomb. My question is: Is farming really worth it?
It seems like a waste of money spent on bombs. I took a couple
of days and hundreds of bombs to get all 13 patches up to gold.
As I understand it, the money stacks up and changes colors at a
certain amount (blue=5, red=50, gold=100).
I appreciate any clarificaion. Again, I'm new.

farming should always guarantee you a profit. The colour does
not show the true value of your gralats. Stand near your gralats
and press home. When you load up press lock and home to take a
screenshot. The numbers near the gralats show their true value.

Yeah, I figured out the screen shot trick.
And true, I made a large profit, but it seems that if I spent
the same amount of time running in a large square around the
pond (I have the forest-looking house) and cutting the grass, I
would have gotten the same amount without having to buy bombs.
Edit: Or having to wait for the grass to re-grow.

Well I answered my own question. I guess I should have realized
sooner, but it's more effective to bomb more than one spot at a
time. Now I switch back and forth between 2 spots--bombing one
while the other re-grows.

Farming is definently worth it, you don't spend that much on
bombs considering how much income there is.

There isn't really any advantage to letting the gralats build
up. The pile is just an accumulation of the gralats in that
spot. I collect them all every time I go buy bombs.
