Staying Logged in While AFK for Hours?

I think I've seen people who can stay online somehow without
being disconnected how is this possible?

Cut your finger off, place it on an elastic band, tie it to
something, and just let it bob up and down on the game for hours
and hours on end.

I ran out of fingers ???
I know! My toes :D
Oh and when you get dissconeccted your hours keep couning lol, I
tested it twice already. but my ipod only lasts 6 hours.
