       If there is bases I would like something special -fixed cannons.
       I would like some cannons that are PART of the base. Fixed
       cannons that can be operated by any person, but you need ammo on
       yourself to operate it, and the cannon cannot be turned.
       Buster Cannon
       Damage:High (not exact, this may be edited)
       ROF-Slow
       Accuracy-100%
       Freeze-N/A (immobile)
       Clip-5
       Reload-Long
       Special-Knockback
       Bullet speed-Fast (not as fast as 3x but fairly fast)

       theres fixed stuff already, i made fixed cannons for the past,
       but now theres the mmarx machine gun, and the 152mm Artillery
       that are fixed weapons that can be used.

       That's been on my mind for some time. I wouldn't want guns that
       are too powerful being used as generic guns for anybody to use.
       I have a questions for you. You said in a resent post you want
       guns to be 3x as fast like zone, that's going to be really hard
       to dodge, on the battlefield would NPCs have that same
       bulletspeed?

       Irl a flamethrower shoots steadily and fast. If your looking at
       the zone version, it's alot different. The era version is
       correct. I'm assuming he set it to the point where it has fast,
       head on accuracy, and shoots a steady stream of bullets, like a
       minigun.

       because it has a .01 ROF and if my math is correct that kills in
       1 second and you also have burn damage. If .01 ends up being to
       fast ill probably resort to .1 ROF and 7 dmg

       the point is that theres really going to be incredibly hard to
       dodge. Guns in this game shoot very slow and your player speed
       is very fast at 1.0. With bullets speed going 3x faster than
       average you would actually need to aim and lead your shot a
       little and the player being shot at will have to have extremly
       fast reflexs if they dont want to be hit and move out of the
       way.
       yes NPCs have the same exact stats as you.
