Natasha didn't pay attention to how awkward Shoke felt about it
all; she simply continued to hug him, tears slowly rolling down
her cheeks and she held him tightly, wanting to take the pain
away. She knew she could never do that, but she could at least
be his friend, a sister to him. She could be the family he never
had; she didn't want to abandon him... She wanted to see him be
happy.

Looking down at Natasha, Shoke nervously began to slowly hug
Natasha back, having feelings that he wasn't sure about...
"Natasha... I... don't worry... I'm no longer there... you don't
have to worry about me." Shoke said, trying to comfort Natasha,
but not doing very well...

"Mate, don't talk; just hug her. Then she'll calm down..." Ajax
smiled and approached slowly, giving Natasha a gently pat on the
back. "Besides, it just means she cares; gotta have someone that
cares." Despite everything he had heard, and his feline friend's
sad outburst, he seemed calm... cool... Really, it was just
because he knew what it was like, and now... To see someone want
to comfort Shoke in his time of need, it reminded him of himself
to a degree.

Eventually, Natasha did start to calm down. It was kind of a
petering out, sniffles and a few stray tears, but eventually she
let go and sat down, closing her eyes and laying down; it was
somewhat evident that the little emotional outburst had left her
somewhat drained of any vigor for the moment.

Shoke turns to Ajax, brushing his bangs away so he can see.
"Mr. Ajax... I..." He quietly tilted his head down.
"Thank you. Thank you both." He said, looking at both of them.

Ajax raised a brow as he looked to Shoke, curious as to what he
would want to ask that would make him so nervous. "Sure, what is
it? Shoot." He plopped himself in a chair and crossed one leg
over the other, relaxed and undaunted by the fact that he, of
all people, was the one who was going to answer the questions.
