       Nitro Rings

       Nitro Rings are a type of artifacts that are both very rare and
       very dangerous, and are sporadically found all around the world
       anywhere from digsites to ancient ruins. These Nitro Rings are
       coloured wristbands that serve as a sort of multi-tool, being a
       scanner, computer, and much much more. However, they are also
       very dangerous in that they are incompatible with the majority
       of people, and will slowly kill those who it isn't compatible
       with if it is worn by one of them. However, even if you wear it
       and are compatible, there is also the fact of the "Nitro
       Charge". The Nitro Charge is a temporary boost to every physical
       attribute of a person, making them super-mobian for a short
       period of time. However, it takes up a lot of endurance or an
       alternate power source, both of which it consumes incredibly
       inefficiently. It is currently unknown on how to create them,
       though there are some speculations of it being connected to the
       Chaos Emeralds.
