Pontiac let out a whimper of upset at Robin saying that the duo
had to be 'saved' or 'split up' or 'fixed' or, you get the idea.
[I]"Not you too! Look, Robin, how'd you like to get your device
back?"[/I] she asked him, attempting to change the conversation.
[I]"Because I'm pretty certain I know just the person to see to
start on the process of getting it back."[/I] Ceil had been on
the ship of the figure that had it and Pontiac knew it. And it
was in their database that Robin cared for the work he'd put
into that device and its AI... The AI... Pontiac was setting
herself up for a fall here if she thought she or Robin would
have an easy time getting their hands on it. Nevertheless, would
Robin want his device back?

"Don't change the subject" Robin said straight up, pointing a
finger at her with an eyebrow raised. Sapphire did that tactic
as well to get out of talking about things she didn't want to
talk about, he used to fall for it but he wouldn't now.
"How do you even know about the device? If you know of it, you
would know that I also have an AI housed in it, she can track
Sapphire and I, and I'm sure she'll be looking for us and find
us again soon" He said with a nod, "Forced relationships are
terrible Pontiac, you know this" He said, gently grabbing her
arms, "Don't make that Robin and Sapphire have to live out their
life with someone they didn't want to be with that way. Sapphire
and I are best friends, not lovers" He scrunched up his nose,
"And we want it to stay that way, and you love him, don't you?"
He gave a slight smile leaning in closer to her, "You sure did
seem to like the kisses" He grinned with a wink before sticki
his tongue out and laughing softly, he then stopped and pulled
her into a hug, "I'm willing to help if I can yanno, whatever it
takes to fix this".

Pontiac was getting what data she could on that ship and Alt
plus Veronica, and she could laugh at what she was seeing.
[I]"Hmmmm."[/I] she just let out a bit of a laugh and shook her
head at the footage she was getting now. Robin might be waiting
a while to get his AI back. [I]"And if I'm reading signals
right, both of them would come to the conclusion that they'll
never see each other again if her device returned to him."[/I]
She then figured that Robin would ask her what was funny.
[I]"You still don't get it do you?"[/I] she asked him. [I]"They
aren't forced. It was their choice. My team captain is already
well aware of the documents surrounding the idea of making kids
with superpowers to combat a dangerous Anti-Mobius."[/I] her
smile had gone again. [I]"Personally I'd love to hit that
Anti-Mobius where it hurts. But there are... problems involved
in that on the legal side... Nevertheless!"[/I] Pontiac let out
a cough to clear her throat, a carton of juice appearing by her
side which she took a slurp out of. With a snap of her fingers,
a portal opened up. [I]"You want to go ahead and try to fix this
where one of the parties has failed to do so? Go ahead, be my
guest, that portal leads to our headquarters, you'll need my
superior's a-okay to go there and get involved, but she seems to
have the same mindset as you on this. I'll have no part in
heartbreaking Sapphire though... Did you think it might totally
break her and turn her into Crystal?"[/I] another factor to her
being so firm on that she couldn't interfere in the duo perhaps?
Fear of breaking Sapphire's mind? [I]"If you do this... I'll
have no such part in helping you when you get to their
dimension..."[/I] she told him, an angered glare on her face.
[I]"After all. I'll be preparing to fix up a mess..."[/I] this
didn't necessarily mean she'd be preparing to fix up a mess
created from trying to 'fix' the duo, though it [B]did[/B]
undoubtedly suggest it. She didn't say anything to his hug.

Robin shook his head, "No, it wasn't their choice Pontiac, I can
guarantee it to you, they probably gave into the pressure of
what was expected of them, and act like they're happy together
to make it look like everything is fine. I'll admit, Sapphire
and I got close to cracking ourselves, we had to remind each
other of our promise and now here we are back here, and I dunno
about Sapphire, but boy have I found the love of my life" He
said, closing his eyes as Fem filled his mind. A smile went onto
his face and it turned into a rather goofy grin when his
thoughts went to the showers he shared with Fem earlier.
Pontiac's cough to clear her throat snapped him back to things
though.
He looked to the portal and just wanted to go and fix this, but
jumping straight into it wasn't the best idea now was it? He
didn't have his device, he could use Veronica's opinion and
ideas here, not to mention he needed Pontiac there to do it.
Robin crossed his arms and frowned, "Sapphire's stronger then me
about this, she'd want to be 'broken up' with her Robin more
then the Robin does" He said firmly, "I'm too 'smelly' according
to her, and the good kind of smell too. According to her I smell
like a 'wet dog' after a shower. Apparently my fur sheds on her
clothes and some other things in her room, cause yanno, I'm
always in her room. We frustrate each other when we've been
around each other for longer then like half an hour. I
apparently slop my food and get it all down my front which makes
my fur sticky which means I have to have another shower and then
smell like a wet dog again. Which then gets fur all in the
shower. And the showers got water. And-" He paused, blinking a
few times before looking to Pontiac "I think she'll [b]go insane
if you don't save her from this forced relationship[/b]".
When she said she wasn't having any part in helping he stood up
straight, crossed his arms and tilted his head to the right, "Do
you want to save Sapphire from insanity as well as both of
Sapphire and Robin from a doomed forced relationship, and get
the guy that you could be extremely happy with, or not?" He
asked, "I cannot achieve fixing this without you" He said,
frowning deeply as she had an angered glare on her face. Robin
was trying to help here, did she not see that?
"Hey." Robin said in a half growl, his hands on her arms, giving
her a slight tug, standing in front of her and looking her right
in the eyes, "If you're going to be angry with me, aim it right
at me sweetheart, it'll hit that way." He said with a slight
angered huff, before letting her go, "Clearly. You don't want
this fixed, You don't want to help, You don't want to try again
to fix it, now that you have some actual help from another
version of the guy that needs your help, and well Pontiac, if
You don't want to be a part of it, what chance do I have in
fixing this for You? Huh?" He asked, holding out his hands and
leaning forwards slightly, "None. Because in order to fix a
problem you need a solution. In order to fix a Robin you need a
Fem" He said, taking a step back and looking away from her, "And
if you're not going to be a part of it, not only do I not have
my own Fem around right now to love and cherish myself and for
when I get back home after trying to help out another Fem and
Robin. But I won't have a Fem to help out another Robin as well
as a Sapphire.". He said, looking down at the ground, "It's your
choice Pontiac, really, but yanno I hope you can live knowing
that you could've fixed things, you could've helped, and You
chose not to, even when offered some outside help." He said,
glancing back at her with lowered ears before turning back to
the base and starting on his way back inside it.

That snapped her. Robin's theories were good and he'd hit her
emotionally, which was why he might be about to regret it.
As he went, an arm shot out and grabbed him by the neck a la
Horst and Linguini. For Madeliene her grip was quiiiite strong,
maybe she was using a strength augmentation of some kind?
Something suggested she wanted to keep him in that grip and
strangle him to death, but it would be better not to so she
would keep the strangling to a minimum. Without a word she began
dragging him towards the portal that she had formed, if Robin
didn't get out of her grip in those few seconds, he would be
thrown headfirst into the portal, Pontiac being right behind
him.

Robin wasn't facing Pontiac when her arm shot out and so didn't
see it coming, she had him by the neck in her strong grip before
Robin even knew it.
He gave a kicking with his right leg, but only to the air, his
hands shooting up to his throat as he tried to pry her hands
away from him, but her grip was far too strong on him, it felt
like she was trying to strangle him majority of the time and he
coughed and gasped for air, but hey he was still alive, that was
a good sign.
He looked up when he felt that she was dragging him and he
noticed she was heading for the portal, obviously going to take
him through, he thrashed and kicked his boots against the dirt,
opening his mouth to call out for Sapphire to help him out, but
he only managed to just take in more air while his mouth was
open.
Rendered useless in speech for the time being, he tried to dig
his heels boots into the dirt to halt both him and Pontiac,
reached out and grabbing hold of the bottom of her shirt and
tugging on it with short jerks to help get the message across
that he didn't quite like that he was being forced like this.
He aimed a swift kick right at her legs, hoping to trip her up
before they could reach the portal.
He hadn't managed to get himself out of her grasp, but he was
making things extremely difficult to do for her.

Sure enough the kick tripped her up in time and Pontiac let go
of him. She wouldn't say anything, in fact she wouldn't really
[B]do[/B] anything either after she let go of his throat. She
just lay there on her front, eerily quiet. [I]"Yknow what?"[/I]
she thought to herself. [I]"Screw it. I don't need Robin. I
never did. Never before, never again..."[/I] She had no
intention to move until Robin had gone back into the base. The
way she saw it, his massive speech about needing her help to
sort the mess out of Sapphire and Robin being together in a
supposedly 'forced' way and then he resisted when she dragged
him off to get on their way to helping them. [I]"Maybe I should
find a free Nibor..."[/I] she wondered. [I]"At least then he
could rub it in that Robin's face that he's got someone..."[/I]
of course whether she'd be successful in such a matter is
another matter, but was the thought not worrying?

Robin gasped for air for a few moments, dropping to the ground
and holding himself up by his shaky arms while he took in air to
clear his head back up.
Once his mind cleared and he could breathe properly he looked
over to Pontiac who was still on the ground after he had tripped
her.
He got to his feet and went over to her, not the base. Kneeling
down he pushed her over onto her back before then proceeding to
sit on top of her stomach to pin her to the ground, lifting a
leg up and over her before lowering himself down onto her, his
hands going down beside her shoulders, his face in front of
hers.
"Now what went through your head to make you think it was okay
to choke me and forcefully drag me into helping you, Pontiac?"
He asked, breathing in and out of his nose, his eyes locked to
hers. "If you wanted me to help, asking would've worked a lot
better, talking, forcefully dragging me into it isn't going to
give you any good results. What where you going to do after we
where there huh? I'm not much use to you if you had to bring me
around by my neck all the time now am I?" He tilted his head
down at her.
He then stopped his puffing and talking all of a sudden, just
silently staring at her eyes, Pontiac might've noticed his where
starting to go all glassy, tears building up.
Robin cracked after a few moments and leant down against her,
wrapping his arms around her, his hands on her back as he sat
up, bringing himself and her into a sitting position while also
in a hug, his chin on her shoulder as he let some tears fall,
his ears flat. He was fighting with Madeliene. Not his Madeliene
but a Madeliene and he couldn't bare it anymore. She didn't have
a love, her love, he was forced with someone else and needed
help.
"I'm sorry..." He said softly, holding her tightly, giving his
head a shake, "I don't know how much you might think you need
him or not Pontiac. But let me tell you He NEEDS YOU" He said,
still keeping his face hidden from her by keeping it over her
shoulder. "Just like how I need my Beautiful, beautiful
Madeliene... I'm nothing without her" He said, his body giving a
shake, he clearly wasn't coping very well with not knowing where
his beloved even was.

[I]"It's a good thing I know the context of why you're sitting
on her stomach hon."[/I] An orange Hedgefox was watching the duo
now, she just bounced her head left and right slightly.
[I]"Pontiac, hon. You're drained, head back to the HQ okay? Talk
to Dusk perhaps, or go by the BBQ buffet stand."[/I] a slight
smile crept onto her face. [I]"They have the chicken nuggets and
buns restocked."[/I] a slight smile curved onto Pontiac's face
and she disappeared from right underneath Robin.
[I]"Straight to the facts Robin."[/I] The Hedgefox said, putting
her hands behind her back. [I]"I can't work with you or let you
off to other dimensions without being open with you about who I
am. So allow me to reintroduce myself over the light idea that
you may have gained of me from Pontiac... I am Ceil Carnax, a
senior field agent for the Dimension Control Mediators.
Madeliene 'Pontiac' Madness is one of my trainees."[/I] she
explained to the wild dog. [I]"I already know who you are, Robin
Prower, adopted son of the future of Miles 'Tails' Prower,
aspiring technological inventor, 'tinkerer' if you will, fairly
good with the creationof Veronica, also known as Project Minty,
who I and Pontiac know the location of by the way, and finally
the lover of Madeliene 'Fem' Madness, the Madeliene Madness of
this dimension quadrant."[/I] she continued. [I]"How do I know
all of this? Our agents are all trained in psychic arts, and
things as basic as this are not buried very deeply into the mind
as you can remember them at any time you so prompt, making them
easy to obtain."[/I] Ceil pointed out.
[I]"First thing's first. Your next question, why did Pontiac do
what she just did? She was supposed to play Fem's role until we
can locate the actual Madeliene that you love and can bring her
back, we believe that your future may be watching you at any
point in time and aim to have her around you when we believe
that any of them are in your area. I do apologise for the
deceit, but then again, would you not like to have your future
stop their idea of planning to put yourself and Sapphire
together?"[/I] she asked, and judging by how insistent on
Sapphire and Robin not being happy as a couple that he had been
so far, it [B]was[/B] a logical approach.
[I]"So where is your 'Fem' you wonder Robin? I'm afraid I
actually have no idea, her system tracking code is nowhere to be
found on my radar or those of my teammates, which brings me to
the conclusion that she is either in the future or the past,
however Mariah [B]did[/B] hit her with some kind of bubble
earlier and she disappeared at that point, perhaps you know
something about [b]that[/B]?"[/I] she queried.
[I]"And the big one. You also stated that you wanted to get
involved in turning her home dimension's Robin into being in
love with her? I must note to you the one big difference between
Fem and Pontiac..."[/I] Ceil let out a deep breath. [I]"Pontiac
still has her home dimension, her family, her friends, her
mother. She needs her Robin less than Fem needs you, she still
has feelings for hers, but is firmly attached to the belief that
her Robin is happy with his Sapphire as a lover. I have tried to
get her to see it another way, but until that Robin is no longer
his Sapphire's lover, she is not going to believe a word of
it."[/I] Ceil closed her eyes for a second before reopening
them. [I]"Now Pontiac is a... Relatively unstable mind just like
any other Madeliene, of course unless she has the corresponding
Robin or Sonic around her but, you [B]do[/B] know she can be
unstable already surely?[/I] she asked, raising an eyebrow.
[I]"The shocker [B]is[/B] hon, i'm gonna help you with this.
Because even though I haven't seen any doubts of their love for
each other in either of their minds when I've had the chance to
check, something tells me that you're right about not fitting
with each other, as 189 of the 217 dimensions with Robins in
that I watch over go with their respective Madelienes."[/I]
another one of the portals from before opened up. And Ceil had
one more question.
[I]"Are you in or out hon?"[/I]

As Pontiac disappeared from underneath him, Robin dropped to the
ground, laying on his stomach, resting his forehead against the
ground as he wrapped an arm around the front of his face to
shield it from view. Another Fem gone, disappeared right out
from underneath him, quite literally this time round.
He listed to Ceil as she spoke, despite his current mood of not
wanting to really listen or speak to anyone. He didn't even
question or second think a thing upon hearing her call him by
his name the first time around, she explained herself soon
afterwards anyway.
He did look up at her when she said his first and adopted last
name together though as well as mentioning whom he was adopted
by, his hobbies and activities, best creation to date and also
his love life. Basically some top points of himself in a
nutshell right there practically.
"Oh our time won't be watching, not anyone, they'll be too busy,
far far too busy." Robin said softly, closing his eyes for a few
moments and taking in a breath. "Sapphire and I will not end up
together no matter how hard they try and get us together, it
won't work, it can't work, they can't force two people who don't
want to be together like that, together. Her and I both know
that" Robin said, partly to reasure himself of it.
Hearing that his beloved's location was not even known by Ceil
was a major kick to the heart, a Robin had managed to sit up by
this point but was now burying his face in his hands. She could
be anywhere if she was in either the past or present since she
wasn't coming up on their tracking codes. Anywhere.
Robin's ears went up and he unburied his face when she said
something about Mariah throwing a bubble at Fem to make her
disappear, his face lit up. He knew where she was, "Time bubble"
He said, scrambling to his feet. "Mariah threw a time bubble at
her, it would've taken Madeliene straight to Mariah's time
unless it was a custom made one, but only Nibor and I, and
Dad-Tails know how to make those, but we rarely do". How he knew
time bubbles all too well.
Robin crossed his arms and looked hard at Ceil as she spoke the
rest of her words, some of the stuff was hard to believe wih all
of the dimensions and such, he pointed a finger at the Hedgefox,
"28 of those Robin's and Fem's need help then, Ceil Carnax." He
said, before shaking his head, "As much as I'd love to help the
poor Sapphire and Robin in Pontiac's dimension. We can't save
them without Pontiac and I dunno, something tells me she doesn't
like me" He said in a rather sarcastic tone "I can't work wih
someone who I'm not going to get along with. She choked and
dragged me to try and force me to help her. I was happy to help,
but you know what? She seemed pretty stuck minded on that there
was no help to be had, she sounded like she didn't care enough
herself for it. Any of it." He took a step back, shaking his
head again. "I want some good reasons as to why exactly I should
help HER while I could be making something to get my own
Madeliene back or tracking down and getting my device back" He
said with a frown. "I owe her nothing and she hasn't exactly
shown me a lot of kindness, her Robin's already being forced
into an unwanted relationship, she didn't need to go and force
another Robin into something." He closed his eyes. " I WANT to
help. I really do. I want to fix this. But I cannot without
Pontiac. I can't without getting along better with her. I want
to get Madeliene back here as well as well as my own device. I
can't leave Sapphire here by herself. And I haven't got my gear,
just this suit." He took a moment to pause before opening an eye
to look to Ceil, "Got solutions for all of those? Maybe then I
could consider helping you out after one of your trainees tried
to strangle and then force me into doing just that."
