"...Kat," she finally says, turning and walking straight to the
open door, not even bothering to close it as she turned the
corner and vanished down the hall. She didn't feel a need to
stay in the lynx's adobe any longer than needed - he was already
back on his feet and (hopefully) on a steady road straight to
recovery.
Besides, she had her own tasks to return to..

Shoke watched as the strange echidna left his room.
"Kat, eh?" Shoke paused and shook his head. He could never
really understand those who dabbled in the arcane arts...
He stretched his shoulders, grabbed a white hoodie from the wall
and replaced his red one with it, leaving to seek further
adventure in this wide world.
