Sky High Trouble

Robynn and Madness had soon reached Mobotropolis and the
building that had gone bang, and was now posing as a threat to
not just the people stuck inside, but the people around it, if
the building collapsed.
The two arrived on Robynn's hover board, which she pulled up as
they reached the building, she helped Madness down from the
board before giving him a slight wave, "Remember the plan! I'll
see you soon, stay safe~" She said, before she leaned forward on
her board and it gained some speed, she pressed a foot back, and
the board started to go up, up and up. It wasn't just a 'hover'
board it seems.
She had soon reached the middle of the building, and was
circling around the middle floors, trying to spot any mobians
inside the skyscraper, the middle of the building seemed empty,
deserted, well that's good, people got out then. She pressed
back on the board again and it went higher, she bit her lip and
did her best not to look down, it was a long way down...
She saw a few people on some of the higher floors, she hadn't
quite reached the top floor yet however, but she needed to get
these people out, quickly.
She moved so that the board flew over to the window, she tapped
it and got the people's attentions, there appeared to be a
middle aged child and a teen, "Stand back!" She called put to
them, they did just that, as her device flashed green and formed
around her right hand, she then threw a punch at the glass and
it shattered, the pixels went back to her device shortly
afterwards.
She flew right up to the two, and helped them onto her board,
and then proceeded to successfully get them to the ground. The
child hugged her when they reached the ground before hopping off
the board so she could continue her search.
Thankfully there where no more people on the higher floors, she
reached the top floor and sighed with relief seeing no one
inside.
But there was one problem though. And it wasn't the building.
Robynn was happy that her board was working so well as of far,
it had been a discontinued prototype, that she had given a
little fix up before she ended up here, but it seemed to be
working just fine.
That is, until it started to jerk and shake, making Robynn loose
her balance, the board spun in circles before it stalled, the
colour and light draining from it before it started to fall,
with Robynn on it, she shouted out in surprise, she had to look
down now, didn't she?
She was also very close to the building when this happened, and
the board actually needed up hitting against the side of the
broken skyscraper, smashing windows and sending a shower of
glass this way and that, cutting away at Robynn's fur and skin,
as it continued to descend.
Then on about the fifth top floor it stopped at a sudden jolt,
Robynn slipped backwards off of her board but managed to grab
ahold of it.
It was sticking out of a broken window sill, a large cabinet
from the floor above had fallen through and cough one side of
the board, keeping it there.
It looked like a walking plank from a pirates ship, except it
was a hover board sticking out of a broken building with Robynn
on the end, clinging on for dear life, she kicked her feet and
got nothing but air, she was too far out to touch the building,
she tried to pull herself up on her board, and the broken
building groaned from the slight additional weight, she just had
to be on the side it was tilting at too now didn't she.
Her hair and fur and tail whipped around in the wind, and she
made a sound of fright and fear, but she knew she had to help
herself out here, everyone was in danger currently and Madness
was busy helping other people, not to mention, she had gotten
herself into this mess, she should have checked her board before
flying it.
She tried kicking about again, and only just managed to touch
the building with her boot, not that it helped in getting her up
or anything. But hey it was something, she heard the glass that
her board had broken off the building smash into the ground
below, and couldn't stop herself from looking, "Oh my Mobius"
She squeaked.
She was up high.
Very very high.
She hugged onto her board and whimpered, Madness had said she
was smart, she felt as though she was anything but.

If you're looking for good fortune for Robynn you're staring at
the wrong reply i'm afraid.
A platform of ice appeared next to where Robynn was hanging on
for dear life, and on it appeared a dark blue hedgefox. A sneer
visible on his face. [I]"Oh dearie dear what have we here?"[/I]
he said with a chuckle. [I]"A hero wannabe assisting little ol
MadLad down there in getting people away from the building i've
set C4 on? How quaint, what are you. fangirl? ex girlfriend? OH
wait I get it, you're a sex addict."[/I] he just burst into
laughter.
But granted he had a way for her to get down.
[I]"Okay okay whatever, ya know somethin doll face? You're hot.
SO, rather than watching you fall to your death and waste a good
pair i'll make you a deal that will get you down if you
agree."[/I] he had an 'anti' grin on his face. And if Robynn
didn't know that she could probably have guessed by his attitude
so far that he was bad business.
Meanwhile down on the ground Madness was grabbing people and
using his speed to get them a good distance clear of the rubble
that could go flying everywhere soon enough.

Robynn opened an eye when the ice platform appeared next to her,
and her eyes went wide when she saw who appeared on the
platform, "M..Madness?" No, it couldn't be, Madness was lighter
then that, he wouldn't wear a sneer seeing her in this
situations either, would he?
Her fur stood on end when he chuckled, she kicked her feet out
again, trying to reach out for the building, but missed, kicking
only the air.
She looked at Alt as he spoke, frowning, growling slightly at
the part on him guessing what she was. "I am none of the things
listed, what's who I am to you anyway?" She looked back at the
cabinet that was keeping her board where it was, as he laughed,
"I am not a breeding addict, I've never done anything of the
sort in my life and don't plan to anytime soon, thank you very
much." She snapped.
She had, had quite enough of people like this, today especially,
first that group at the bar and now this guy? For chaos sake.
Just how many of these people could she run into in one day?
His comment afterwards was disgusting, her eyes narrowed as she
looked at him, at first look, he had looked like Madness, but
boy was he far from being Madness.
"Doll Face? Oh you think I'm hot? That's funny... 'Waste a good
pair'?" She shook her head in disgust, "If you're only here to
save my chest, you can move along, I can save myself, I don't
need help from people like you" She rolled her eyes and hung
onto her board, trying to pull herself up onto it.
The building groaned and the center of the board started to
bend, she knew it would snap if she tried to pull herself up
onto it, so she decided to just hand ere for the moment.
She bit her tongue when he said he would make her a deal, that
would get her down if she agreed to it. Robynn's grip tightened
on her board when a strong gush of wind blew past, her hair
whipped around, as did her tail and fur. She couldn't hang onto
here forever.
She huffed, annoyed, before looking to the Alt, "Depends on what
the deal is... Explain it"

[I]"Hmmmm. You sound like you're not willing."[/I] Alt shook his
head and tutted. [I]"But thankfully i'm in a good mood,
otherwise i'd warp you away and make use of you even if you
didn't want it. Eh. I've already had three girls to myself
today, so I think i'll just have you..."[/I] the windowsill that
the board was submerged into suddenly turned a light blue, like
it was frozen. [I]..."Fall to your death!"[/I] and at that the
windowsill and window were completely shattered. Alt was easily
in range to grab. But would it be wise to grab onto him from
what had already been seen of him?
[I]"And one other thing darlin. The name, is Alt."[/I]
Most of the people below were out of the way at this point.
Lower floors were beginning to cave in on each other entirely.

"You're damn right I'm not willing..." She muttered under her
breath, looking back at the building before back at Alt, "You
know, isn't it shame? You look similar to 'MadLad' but not
exact, and your personailties certainly don't much, a shame
really, if you where actually Madness, I might have been a bit
more willing" She bit down softly on her tongue after sayinying
this, wether she said it to annoy the Alt or was just announcing
omething was difficult to tell.
She looked to the windowsill that had turned light blue and her
pupils went small, her eyes wide.
When it shattered she quickly pulled herself up onto her board
and leapt at Alt, her board snapping the second after she
jumped.
She managed to grab him, almost slipping off of his icy platform
in the process, she let out a whine. Her board was broken... All
that hard work...
Her device glowed green and a pixel chain formed around the
two's right wrists, tying them together, "If I fall, you're
going down with me, understand?" She growled at him, half
holding onto him while also half trying not to touch him.
"And you didn't even tell me what the deal was, Alt, although I
think I have a good idea on what it was..." She tried to move
her foot, but it slipped and she almost sent the two of them off
the platform, she got back to her feet, using Alt as support, if
he hadn't said what he had before she'd be clinging to him right
now.
"Anymore 'smart' ideas Alt?" She asked, putti her hands on her
hips, which would bring his right hand down.
If he where to try anything funny, warp them away to a place she
didn't want to be, anything aside from actually getting her down
to safety. She was read to attempt to kick the fluff out of him,
she wasn't shy to fighting and defending herself, so if Alt
where to try anything he'd have to fight her first.

Madness had cleared the last person away from the building, the
sound of another floor crashing making him turn, something was
up more than just a collapsing building.
[I]hohhhh that's not good."[/I]
A purple feminine hedgehog had thrown herself at him for saving
her and took him by surprise. He had to literally pry her off of
him shaking his head. [I]"sorry, but I'm not really interested
in romance, plus there are still problems going on up
there."[/I] he told her.
[I]"But my hero-"[/I] aaaand he was already gone
Madness headed straight for the collapsing building and inside.
All of the dust and collapsing parts of the building made it a
danger to go around at high speeds, he was down to about half of
his capable speed thanks to this. Still very fast though.

This was it. Madness leaped out of one of the collapsed windows
aiming for the ice platform.
[I]"Hmmmm."[/I] Alt was grinning at the situation. He always
liked having a girl with a bit of spice around. [I]"You only
take away but [B]one[/B] of my options with the chain
yknow."[/I] he said with a laugh. [I]"right now I'm leaning
towards warping the two of us so close to an incinerator that
you burn to death while I just get singed. It's not ideal
[B]but[/B] it'll do."[/I] a Red pair of sunglasses appearing on
his face.
[I]"OR Alt, you could keep to the deal that you, I, Fem and
Madoka keep to, and let go of my girlfriend..."[/I] Well,
Madness landed the platform.
Alt raised his glasses from his eyes at what Madness said about
Robynn being his girlfriend and raised an eyebrow at Robynn.
[I]"You're Mad's girlfriend?"[/i]
[I]"Fingers crossed Robynn thinks to go along with it."[/I]
Madness thought to himself.

" The chain is to make sure you don't try and make me fall
again, Alt, it'll take you with me so" She said, before he said
the incinerator part, "Warp?.. WARP.. Why don't you just warp us
down safely? I'll pay it forward, as well as paying you back if
you want, come on Alt" She looked up at him, trying to see his
eyes behind the red glasses, "Helping others helps you too, you
know, and for you it'll be easy".
Then in came Madness.
Like a knight in shining armour, he had the charming looks to go
too, his spikes, his tails, his blue and green eyes, his hair,
his everything, so perfect.
Woah.
Robynn, focus here, ice platform, who knows how high, very
dangerous situation here.
She couldn't stop herself from going pink when a Madness said
she was his girlfriend, and Alt seemed surprised when Madness
said that she was too.
She looked from Madness to Alt a few times before catching onto
what Madness was getting at, deep down feeling a little
disappointed that it was only to help her and not for real, but
she was more thankful then disappointed, he was helping her out
here.
"Yeah! That's right!" she nodded, looking at Alt, "You heard it,
I'm Mad's girlfriend" She said with emphasis and a smile when
she looked to Madness.
Now here's to hoping that Alt wouldn't ask them for more proof
or evidence or whatnot.

Above the city, a hedgedog sporting a hang glider was gliding
through the sky, she was way above the building that had just
given up the ghost mind you.
"Am I ever glad I'm not afraid of heights! Well, it looks like
it's not in this area." she said to herself as she flew across
the city, heading away from the scene of the wrecked building.
[I]"...You'd be SO lost without me."[/I] Alt said with a chuckle
as the trio disappeared and reappeared on the ground away from
the rescued crowds. Once they had, Alt tapped the chain. [I]"Off
with it, and I'll leave you lovebirds to make out."[/I] he told
her. This causing Madness to go red in the face.

Robynn sighed with relief when they where all at safety at last,
and she owed it all to Madness, if he hadn't of came who knows
where she'd of ended up.
She pressed a button on her device and the chain disappeared
from the two, she was happy to get rid of it, she'd only tied
herself to him to stay on a platform and not fall to her
possible death after all.
But what he said after he said 'Off with it' made her go red
like a Madness had, but hey, at least he was leaving and they
where safe.
"There" She said when the chains broke off and faded back into
her device, she then smiled at the Alt, and gave him a wave,
already saying 'goodbye', standing beside Madness.
Well it wasn't the nicest way that the two had met so.
"You're free to go~"

[I]"Pffff. Someone's eager."[/I] and at that the Alt
disappeared...
...And then reappeared right behind her. [I]"Aaaand kiss."[/I]
Alt pushed Robynn right onto Madness. If he'd got the angle and
force correct, her lips would connect with Madness' when the two
impacted. He disappeared as soon as he'd pushed her. After all,
he had routes to pursue himself.
