       Arcs List

       Hi all. ^^
       Check over here if you need to get an idea of who has an arc
       ready to go and the order that the arcs will be going.
       Want to run an arc yourself? let me or Sapphire know. If you
       could have some kind of proof of planning for the arc on hand
       aswell that would be nice. A thread up in the 'arcs' section
       will also suffice. (I can't speak for Sapphire, but I know I
       can't say I'd be comfortable with running an arc that hasn't had
       much planning put to it.)
       Arcs are 'first come first serve' as long as your arc is ready
       to go. WIPs are fine for a 'planning' thread in 'arcs' but won't
       be stuck on the list until the arc host tells us it is ready to
       go. Members may swap arc positions and allow the other member to
       run their arc's course first if both sides agree to it, when
       such happens please leave myself or Saph some sort of
       notification so we can update the list.
