       'The Convicts' are a small army's worth of Monkey Mobians who
       have broken out of prisons across Mobius and have begun to wreck
       havoc across a number of towns and cities. These Convicts work
       on the basic premise of killing and destroying. On certain
       cases, the light brown figure and grey minigun shaped mouth mask
       of Billy Wilde, the psychotic second in command of the convicts,
       might be seen in his buletproof fire truck tearing through the
       streets. But the leader of the convicts, the humongous 'Hard
       Balls' is one sight that many citizens would like to never have
       to see in their life.
