Sing your heart out

(Set after all current threads so that anyone is free to join)
The lights where bright tonight in the city of Mobotropolis, as
the young rising sing star strode onto his brightly lit stage,
holding up a hand which was curled into a fist as he made his
entrance, a few people in the crowd screamed his name, while the
other erupted in noise of cheer. He craved it, he craved this,
it was a dream come true.
His first big concert in the big famous city of Mobotropoilis,
home place of Mobius' biggest hero; Sonic the Hedgehog.
The young lion came onto the stage with his signature flashy
guitar and a headset microphone, which helped to give his mane
of hair more flare while he was up for all eyes to see. He
wasn't alone either, he did have a bit of a band come in behind
him, but he was the one that started this show off on its road.
He gave nods to the other instrument players and a final nod to
his female canine backup singer, before walking to the front of
the stage and holding up both hands. This made the crowd go
quiet, he scanned his eyes around them for a few seconds, "Are
you ready to RUMBLE?" He asked, sticking out his tongue before
holding his guitar close, the audience erupted again like they
had when he got up on the stage and a few 'I love you's where
shouted his way, "I love you too" He said back with a wink,
making someone drop in the crowd.
Ryan turned back to his crew and did '1...2...3' on his fingers,
on '3' their music began to erupt and fill the entire area with
rhythm, it wasn't time for Ryan to start singing yet but he was
already strumming away at that famous guitar of his, taking the
stage and show by storm.

"Are we seriously going to this guy's concert, knowing what
terrible things happen to him in the future?" "Yes! So stop
complaining Robin! His songs sounded so good the one time we got
to hear them! I want to hear them up close for once, just once,
and you never know, we might just help him out along the way"
Robin huffed but didn't argue back at her point, following the
hedgehog along in the crowd as they made heir way to where their
tickets said they needed to be, which thanks to Sapphire's speed
in things, was right up the front, "You know... I've heard him
and his band are known for pulling people up onto their stage to
join them in song... And if we're watching from the right front
we've got about a 75% chance of being one of the people he pulls
up tonight" "Oh my chaos! Why didn't you tell me that before!
That's awesome!" Robin didn't look like he agreed to that but
didn't say anything back yet again, well except "Whatever you
say".
They reached their spots as the music started to blare, and both
of them where a bit taken aback when they saw Ryan up on the
stage, blaring out his jam from his guitar, "He's really-"
"PRETTY" Robin raised an eyebrow as he looked at Sapphire, she
looked back and then crossed her arms, "Whaaaat? He's.... A
lion..." This made Robin smile and turn to face her, "Cat got
your heart huh? Just like that Scout tiger?" Sapphire was going
red. Fast. "You can't talk! You've got the hots for Sniper!"
"Ohoho! You didn't deny it! At least I admit I like Madeliene,
you act like your hot stuff with that Scout guy, and try to hide
the fact that you like him, try as you might Sapphire the
Hedgehog, I've known you for far too long to not notice this
kind of thing, and not because it's happened before, but because
of the complete opposite to that" Sapphire didn't know what to
say, there where some things she just couldn't beat Robin in.
With her arms crossed she turned away from him and stuck out her
lower lip, "Hey! Hey! It's not a bad thing! This is great!
Sapphire, being in love is wonderful, I reckon he likes you back
too you know who couldn't love you, huh? C'mon, who couldn't?
Whoooo couldnnnnnn't?" Robin put his hands on Sapphire's sides
from behind her and wiggled his fingers, tickling her which
brought her to laugh.
The two both stopped dead when they noticed that one of the
spotlight's was now on them though. "[sub]Uh[/sub]"
"[sub]Oh[/sub]"

"Looks like we've got ourselves some star crossers, give 'me a
clap what don'tcha everyone? C'mon up dude and dudette you've
got the show with me tonight" Ryan said with a grin as he
wrapped one arm around Robin and another around Sapphire. Robin
held up his hands and shook his head "Uhhh. Nonononono You've
got this all wrong we're not, I don't-" "-Have the guts yet to
tell her you love her? Don't worry man! Ryan's gotcha covered!
C'mon everyone clap for the doggie dude, he can speak his heart
and mind if we help him out in time" Ryan let go of his guitar,
it stayed by him by its strap though and the lion began to clap,
which started off the crowd and the rest of his band. All that
was going through Robin's head right now was how much he didn't
want to be up on this stage and how this singer had so badly
gotten the pair's intentions all wrong.
"Yeeeeah that's right you got it!" The young lion said to the
crowd as their clapping became the beat.
Sapphire herself, like Robin, didn't know what to do either and
was having a bit of a 'stuck on the spot' moment, that is until
Ryan addressed her, "Whatcha name Bubblegum?" He asked as he
winked at her and knelt down in front of her as if to propose,
taking one of her hands in his, Sapphire blinked at him
"Bbb..bbahh..Hhh... Sapphire" at least she managed to get it
out, "Sapphire~ Beautiful and blue, oh how it so suits you" He
leant down and kissed her hand, making her eyes widen.
The lion then turned to Robin, "Feel free to start singing along
with me puppy boy, let's start signing for your wonderful little
gal; Sapphire" "But I'm not-" "Shhhhh" Ryan out a finger to
Sapphire's lips, hushing her. "Let the music speak the hearts
mind" He said before looking to his band, "Wing me a beat, come
on all you wonderful people!" He'd turned back to the crowd
again, "Let me hear you clap your hands!".
While Ryan, the crowd and crew got their beat working, Sapphire
and Robin looked worriedly at each other from their spots, but
neither dared to move in their current situation, they both
already had someone else on their minds for love... Maybe it
would help to think of them instead?
Unless of course, someone else came to the scene to possibly
help.

The sound of a fire engine rapidly approaching the concert could
be heard. Was there an emergency?
[glow=tomato,2,300][I]"MEEEE MAWWWW MEEEE MAWWWW!"[/I][/glow]
[B]CRASH![/B] part of the stage was taken out as the fire truck
ploughed through it, ploughing through a different part to where
Sapphire, Robin and Ryan were standing. Aside the fire truck
being driven by the psychopathic Convict Lieutenant, a light
brown monkey mobian wearing prison standard orange, Five or so
cars that look welded together out of scrap came bursting in
behind the fire truck, powersliding across the grass and running
over anybody that they could.
[glow=fuchsia,2,300][I]"AH LOOOOVE A GOOD BEAT!"[/I][/glow]
[glow=tomato,2,300][I]"Let's get this party FIRED
UUUUP!"[/I][/glow] and as he said that, balls of fire went
flying in different directions. Some aimed at concert go-ers,
some aimed at cars. If the concert had some kind of refreshments
table, one of the cars hit that and took it out. Monkey mobians
of varying colours, all wearing prison issue clothing, came
running in to the concert in the hole that the fire truck had
left and began shooting weapons. Some had nail guns, some were
shooting heated bolts. Any security on the gates of the concert
would quickly come under fire by some of the approaching
attackers.
Going from rocking out and helping a duo out, to complete
pandemonium. How about that?

Although thankful the attention was no longer on them, the new
attention wasn't much better.
Things went pretty quickly from beats and trying to start up a
new winged song to crashing and shooting, chaos all about. Ryan
had ran back to check on his crew making sure everyone was
alright.
Meanwhile Sapphire and Robin watched to crash crazy newcomers
and their actions, it got to the point of the scrap cars trying
to run over people and people shooting weapons for either
Sapphire or Robin to react, both still had been frozen on their
spots. Sapphire acted first, she snatched Robin's device from
his wrist and sprang off the stage, mid air she yelled "Bubble
shield!" "[Bubble shield activated]". Veronica's bright purple
ball of a shield appeared around Sapphire and then the hedgehog
headed straight into the midst of the chaos, running from inside
the shield made it roll, like she was inside a great purple
ball, anyone that she hit into would get a bit of an electric
shock and of course be bounced away and knocked to their feet.
All Sapphire had to do was what she was best at. Run. Veronica
kept the shield up for her.
Robin watched his best friend take his beloved device and A.I.
And then begin to roll about the chaos hoping to knock monkey's
and vehicles this way and that. This made him take a few more
moments to get his body working again by the surprise of it all,
but he soon managed. With Sapphire working on the chaos, he
needed to work on getting everyone else to safety, one man show
that was a bit difficult, thankfully for him Ryan had a headset
that was still working, Robin ran over and took it from the
lion, "Everyone evacuate the area immediently, Go go go! As
quickly as your legs will take you, the show'll be on another
time, I repeat, get those legs moving!" He then held his hands
out to Ryan, "Give me your guitar, I can modify it with the
microphone so that you can knock people over like a sonic boom
of sound" Ryan blinked for a moment before handing over his
prized possession, not really in a position to argue against
Robin.
The wild dog was quick and did not muck around with what he was
doing, a few minutes later and he'd accomplished what he'd
promised the wild cat, handing back the guitar, "Now just do
what you do best rockstar, as long as those speakers work you'll
be able to help out" and with that Robin ran to the front of the
stage, holding out his right wrist Veronica was close enough to
have it form into his wrist canon which he then back an to use
to shoot back at the gunners.
Ryan too began to strum away at his guitar, a Robin had 'up'd
the sound so much that the guitar actually began to shell out
enough sound that it was in shock waves, enough to knock whoever
stood too close to the speakers over, and it only got louder and
louder, giving Ryan more range of hitting the others, he did
occasionally knock Spaohire in her bubble of purple but it only
sent her spinning out and knocking into whatever got in the way.

The combination of electric shocks and running from Sapphire
would no doubt do some good at shocking any convicts on foot
that she ran into, but any cars she bumped into wouldn't be
damaged by it. The cars however were undamaged. Some more of the
orange suited maniacs were knocked down to the ground by the
shockwaves but got back up. Several turning their attention to
the speakers and opening fire on those.
The tables were about to turn though, as three much more well
constructed, well painted dark blue helicopters bearing yellow
curved military stripes suddenly came flying over the area along
with two orange and white 'rescue' helicopters. Snipers were
positioned on the sides of the blue helicopters while the orange
and white ones dropped down rope ladders that some civilians
instantly made a beeline for.
[glow=cyan,2,300][I]"Mobius Convicts! Lay down your weapons and
surrender!"[/I][/glow] a voice sounded over a microphone from
one of the blue helicopters.
[glow=Fuchsia,2,300][I]"Drop those birds!"[/I][/glow] one of the
convicts called out.
[I]"DeYAAAAAAAAGH!"[/I] One of the monkeys let out a scream as a
bullet hit the top of his head, killing him instantly. The
Snipers in the helicopters had begun opening fire, and, combined
with Sapphire stunning any that she hit, the numbers of shooters
was starting to drop. But one problem still remained. The big,
bulletproof firetruck and the psychopath on top spraying fire at
anyone he could. A number of citizens had made it out, but the
area wasn't free of corpses.
Robin would get a voice coming in on the headset. Seemed someone
had found thee headset's frequency.
[glow=cyan,2,300][I]"Greetings Tech crew. At this moment your
friendly local peacekeeping anti-riot squad are attempting to
enter the concert, however our troopers are being pushed back by
shockwaves from your machinery. We'd like to ask you to shut
them off."[/I][/glow] The Convicts shooting at the speaker
systems had a flimsy aim shooting at these speakers, but they
were only shooting from the front when they weren't knocked
down, meaning that, if there was a way to unplug the speakers
from the back, Robin was unlikely to be hit by a nail or flaming
bolt during.

Robin for one was glad to see the dark blue helicopters along
with the orange and White helicopters when they entered the
scene. Snipers beginning to bullet died the convicts. Wait.
Snipers? Robin scanned the sky before shaking his head, Fem
would not be up there amoungst them.
Focusing on something else his ears lowered at the sight before
him, innocent lives had been lost.. But they where fighting
back! They had also saved a lot of people too! He kept that
thought in his mind as the voice sounded through the headset,
Robin listened, raising an eyebrow at being called 'Tech crew'
but nether the less he listened to the person on the other end
of the line, giving a nod "On it" The wild dog said before
calling out to Ryan, who didn't hear him, he was too busy caught
up in jamming away on the guitar, Robin ran over to him and
shook his shoulder, this caught his attention "Yo!" "Stop
playing your music now! The guys who've flown in to help us out
need you to stop so they can help out " "Say no more dude
thanks!" The lion said as he pranced back over to his crew, and
for good measure and safety reasons, Robin ducked back,
following along the speakers cords before unplugging them
entirely. "That should do it, you're free to go" He announced to
the headset as he ushered the band off the stage and to the
backstage scenes instead, watching Sapphire and Veronica's
purple ball dart around the place, he was still wrapping his
head around that she had the hots for someone! Wowee!

A group of three or four cars with the same colour as the
helicopters, red and blue sirens blaring, came powering into the
complex after the speakers had been switched off, groups of
four, some large, some small, began emerging from the cars,
covered from head to toe in a dark grey kind of armour and
wielding dark grey SMG looking weapons.
[glow=greenyellow,2,300][I]"I AIN'T goin back to no
LOCKDOWN!"[/I][/glow] called out one of the convicts whom was
promptly blasted by one of the ground guns.
The last few civilians that were still alive were now just
climbing up the ladder. A few convicts turned to the rescue
helicopters but the armoured police units only had to spend a
few bullets to put them out. Another Convicts' groan suddenly
came from a little behind Robin, there stood a very familiar
light blue hedgefox wearing a dark blue uniform labelled
'POLICE' on the front and back, and one of the monkeys at her
feet.
[I]"Hey Robadob. Need a hand?"[/I]

Robin's ears flicked hearing the groan from behind him and at
first he thought he'd have to protect the band from a little bit
of trouble, but he turned around to see a much better sight then
one of the nasty convicts.
Robin took one look at who it was and half flung himself at her,
he didn't take the full look to see if it was Fem or Pontiac
yet, but she looked the part and he was just honestly glad to
see a Madeliene anyway, he wrapped his arms around her and
hugged her closely, going to give her a kiss but that was when
he checked, he was pretty sure this was Pontiac and not Fem, his
Madeliene always had her Sniper on her in a battle. So instead
he just gave Pontiac's cheek a friendly nuzzle with his nose to
make it look like he had intentionally done everything and
wasn't about to go and kiss her, although his pause to check
might've given that all away already.
"Despite our last draw back, it's good to see you again" He
admitted as he smiled at her and let her go, looking down at the
monkey, "Well you've sure got him handled, without my device
currently I guess I could use a hand, I was just gonna watch
over the band seeing as the citizens are already on their way
out, you can help if you want to Ponti" He said, putting an arm
behind his head and smiling nervously. Probably going off with
no real defence to protect to band was t his smartest idea in
the first place, but he couldn't think of anything else to do
while Sapphire had his device.

[I]"Ehe. cx Ceil told me you were stuck in a firefight between
Convicts and Viper Squad. I couldn't pass up helping you out of
[B]that[/B] kinda situation."[/I] she pointed out as Robin
nuzzled her. [I]"Don't worry, I won't say anything on what you
nearly intended to do there."[/I] she said, giving Robin a wink.
[I]"Hey, we're a team, ain't we? You, me, M-"[/I]
[glow=cyan,2,300][I]"Good work officers."[/I][/glow] Pontiac was
cut off in the middle of her conversation by the arrival of an
armoured chameleon. An armoured tiger and Bear to his left and
right. [glow=cyan,2,300][I]"Viper Squad can handle it from
here."[/I][/glow] he said, as the bear yanked up the monkey's
arms and locked cuffs around his wrists, picking him up and
wandering out.
Pontiac looked a little ticked off though. [I]"Yeeees because
you did such a good job keeping hold of Billy Wilde..."[/I] the
chameleon and his tiger companion didn't say anything in
response, they just turned away and walked out of the backstage
area. The amount of shots that could be heard on the other side
of things had significantly decreased since Viper Squad had
turned up. Pontiac just rolled her eyes as the duo walked out
before turning to Ryan. [I]"Ryan isn't it?"[/I] she asked him.
An easy 'read of the mind' flick to find out his name about a
second beforehand. [I]"For the record, Robin here, doesn't have
a crush on who he came to the concert with, because he already
[B]has[/B] somebody."[/I] she pointed out to him before turning
back to Robin. [I]"How'd you like to get in on helping chase
down and arrest a psychopathic pyromaniac? No doubt the local
forces would appreciate it. That, and I know you've got
something you want me to go along with."[/I] Pontiac knew that
Robin needed her on board to sort out her home Sapphire and
Robin's apparently 'wrecked to be' relationship, ironic as it
was what Ryan had believed was going on between the two earlier.
