Ceil Carnax is one of a group of mystery yet powerful psychics
that travel across the many dimensions that exist in the
multiverse righting the wrongs that can potentially destroy a
planet, dimension, or bigger, he DCM, Dimensions Control
Mediators. She looks 'Mobian ordinary', like a hedgefox with a
total of 3 tails. But some believe that those that work to keep
the dimensions together, such as Ceil, have different forms for
the different dimensions that they enter. However nobody has
been able to prove this yet. As a result of this, Ceil may know
different versions of different mobians.
[U]Strengths[/U]
From what could be gathered on Ceil, she has the ability to
travel through multiple dimensions and zones at any time that
she wishes, it's a mystery to everyone how she hasn't been
picked up by the Zone Cops.
Ceil's power levels when it come to combat have been ranging
from very difficult up to near impossible to figure out. But so
far sources have noted Ceil being able to control elements of
fire, ice and lightning, because of this, she has strong
resistances to all three.
The psychic abilities were the first thing that Ceil obtained,
apparently, therefore her psychic abilities are at an unbeatable
level. Ceil also has the ability to grant a 'Psychic Guard' to
anybody that she so chooses, when these guards are attached to
the brain of another person, whenever somebody other than Ceil
attempts to access their mind via psychic methods, the Guard
activates, overpowers the connection and severs it, causing the
psychic user to lose their connection to the target's mind. The
Guard also plays 'alarm bell' to Ceil, alerting her to the
attempted psychic act.

Thanks to her psychic setup allowing her to enter a target's
brain, she can circle through a target's body down to their
central nervous system and paralyse every part of their body
except for their head.
Last but not least, Ceil's dimension warp abilities also come at
a local level, meaning she can teleport to anywhere on the
planet. Ceil's is stronger compared to Alt and Madoka's though
and whereas the two dark blue hedgefoxes may take anywhere up to
30 seconds in their travel along their 'teleportation highways',
Ceil's 'teleportation highway' is multiverse sized, and due to
that kind of size, getting to the opposite end of Mobius to her,
is like taking a footstep, maybe two, the short version?
Whatever the distance, she can teleport to and from in an
instant.
[U]Weaknesses[/U]
As Hyper powered as the hedgefox (in the Mobius dimensions) is,
she can still be hurt, maybe even killed if you can somehow
overcome her attacks and do enough damage to her.
Ceil may seem to have every going power in the book, she can't
heal herself on her own. She has teammates that can heal her,
but she will not be able to access them while in a dimension and
in battle.
Dimension Control Members always work alone. Therefore unless
Ceil has made friends in a dimension she will work or fight
alone there. It's not like she can't hold her own though...
Ceil is far from having an array of every power that the DCM
offered her as she rose up in the Field Agent ranks.
[U]Fact File[/U]
Ceil has met Fem on a few occasions in her 'home' dimension when
she was much younger before the continuum rip destroyed it.
Sonica the Hedgehog, Fem's mother, was an ally of the Hedgefox
seeing as she was Female Dimension Mobius' greatest hero. Fem
idolises Ceil to an extent and honestly wishes to see her again.
But given how many dimensions Ceil travels across, she doesn't
get her hopes up.
Ceil once 'had a night' with Alternate Madness, it quickly
developed into a bit of a 'dating' scenario when Alt came to
realise how 'in over his head' he would be in trying to drop her
after that night. Ceil ended up calling it off after about a
week when it became obvious that he wasn't the kind that could
be considered loyal, but, as hard as it is to believe, Alt was
tame and not sex obsessed over that week.
Ceil is one of few people that can scare Alt into behaving and
following orders, one of the others being his mother, Fiona Fox.
Ceil has an agreement with Scourgette the Hedgehog that if
Madoka finds herself '60 seconds from her death' she will
automatically be warped back to her mother and her dimension.

[I]"I admit, I have a soft spot for Madeliene. Poor girl lost
her home dimension to something we couldn't stop. That's an
embarrassment to us. Either way, after she had a clash with the
Dark Gems in that particular saga, her DarkScale was identified
as Type 2 danger, planet threatening, so it's under my belt to
make sure she doesn't become that dangerous."[/I]
Alternate Madness: [I]Somehow a friend[/I]
[I]"Maybe it was the week of dates and the fact that he actually
has a side similar to that of Contemporary Soul fans, but Alt
isn't as 'front line' as he tries to pull across. He still has
his flaws. Surprisingly enough, the Alt here is actually one of
the smarter ones. From what I can see, he knows his place with
me, and that makes our communication so much easier. And... I've
gotta say it. His 'Project Heart' impressed me in efficiency.

[I]"The people that are good natured and happy hearted are a
dying breed in my line of work, so it's nice to occasionally see
what Madness puts forward every time I see him. Some days I
consider recruiting him to the DCM, but remembering that he
could be spoiled mentally in my line of work I dismiss the
idea."[/I]

unusual somewhat to see somebody who isn't DCM travelling across
the dimensions, but she's balanced, has the respect of a number
of alien races, some that we're struggling with even, and most
importantly is mature, considering her background I can't really
blame her for jumping to the dimension of a Madness that will
actually look out for her."[/I]

[I]"Briefly met her on the ship of Madness' TVERSE code
Daughter, now I've seen what's going on in both their heads, and
while I still have a flicker of doubt as with anything else I
deal with in romance, I really think this has some potential, I
know that Madness wouldn't just fall in love with anyone, and
quite frankly, codec checks have matched up that Robynn isn't of
our time. Lovers through time? I do hope it's a long time."[/I]

'the writers' have only seen a much... smaller and underpowered

only grows stronger with every energy thrown at him except for
the inverse twist of Chaos Emergy being used for harmonic
purposes, mixed with his appearance in about 85% of my serious
battles, it's no wonder that I consider this beast to be a
threat... Unfortunately, thus far we haven't managed to find a
