Coffee and Donuts

Crime sat on the couch in her small apartment, waiting for
Hellfire to come and get her so they could go out for coffee.
She felt rather excited for this, it had been a long time since
she was last out with someone. There was also the fact that she
was starting to like the hedgehog. A small smile appeared on her
lips when she thought of him... She really felt as if she
couldn't wait for him to show up now.

Hellfire walked down the hall to Crime's apartment holding a
rose in his hand. He heard that giving a gift was something you
were supposed to do... he didn't know. He never truly cared
about anyone before this... he was worried about her, hell, he
was constantly worrying about her due to her job. He walked
along, moving towards her door. He took in a deep breath. Stay
calm. She's another person. Don't panic. You're just taking her
out for coffee... right?
After almost a whole minute, Hellfire finally worked up the
courage to knock on the door.

She felt her ears perk up at the sudden knock, causing her to
stand with a much larger smile than before. As calmly as she
could, she walked to her door and opened it, greeting the
hedgehog that now stood before her. She couldn't help but notice
the rose he held.. Was that really for her?
A small blush rose on her cheeks as she looked back to him, her
stomach doing back-flips from either excitement or nervousness.

"Hey Crime... this is for you." Hellfire mumbled nervously,
offering the flower to her.

She blinked a couple of times, reaching out and taking the rose
from him. A bit cliché, but cute nonetheless. "Thank you." she
said, looking up at him once again. "Shall we go?"

Hellfire smiled. "Y-yeah. Lets go~" He said, offering his hand
to her.

the door behind her.
