When in Prime. Beyblade?

Mariah would soon find herself warped onto one of the streets of
Mobotropolis. In front of her, a crater lay in the road.
[B]"It's a work of art isn't it?"[/B] The Dark Brown furred anti
of a hedgedog appeared on the other side of the crater and
winked at her prime self. Mariah didn't look pleased.
[B]"Emily. Why are you even in the past?"[/B]
[B]"For the same reason you are ya dork. To see my parents come
together, see all their sex, maybe get in on it myself, see the
wedding and honeymoon, see more of their sex, definitely get in
on it about a fortnight later, watch my mother be pregnant with
me, watch the pregnant s-"[/B] Emily stopped as Mariah had her
Rocket Launcher aimed at her. [B]"Rooooooood."[/B]
[B]"Strengthening your parents' bond early on doesn't involve
me."[/B] Mariah had stepped over to the edge of the crater, it
was round and surprisingly clear.
[B]"No."[/B] Emily let out a giggle. [B]"But I figured I'd
humiliate and kill [I]you[/I] while I'm out here. Then I can go
home and make mum and dad [I]so[/I] prooooud. ^^ "[/B] A
ripcord, launcher, and a greyish white small spinning top
looking device with a creature in the middle appeared in her
hands.
[B]"Beyblades? Guess our futures aren't that different... Fine
then."[/B] Emily had an evil grin on her face as Mariah pulled
out similar. Only her Beyblade was a darker grey and a green
tiger resided in the middle. Both hedgedogs attached their
beyblades to their launchers, aiming them both at the crater,
their beybattle battleground.
[B]"This is gonna be beautiful. |3 "[/B]
[B]"Three"[/B]
[B]"Two."[/B]
[B]"One.[/B]
[B]"Let i[/B][B]t Rip!"[/B] Both pulled the rip cords and the
spinning beyblades landed in the crater.
Anyone who wanted to could watch or intervene if they were
there. And considering what Emily had in store for Mariah, it
could just help the prime Hedgedog.

Cocao had been wandering about Mobotropolis' streets and as he
suspected, he got rather bored rather quickly as it was all
rather similar to home, with slight differences of course, but
it wasn't all too new and different.
The teen grabbed hold of a street light post and ran before
swinging himself up, around and around it before reached the top
and balancing himself on the top. That's when his ears picked up
the sound of two voices.
His fluffy tail drooped down from the top of the light post and
his legs hung down in the air too, as he listened, lifting his
muzzle into the air, his nose twitching slightly as he tried to
find exactly where these two where.
He then tilted his head and suddenly spun around on the light
post, oh, there they where. His jaw dropped and his eyes went
wide seeing the two. "There she is!" He said to himself as he
slid down the light post, landing safely as he ran in the
direction in which he had seen them in.
He reached their location when the two had started their battle,
but he remained hidden for now.
Cocao looked around, now how to enter this scene? There was no
Robin around, he would get to finally meet Mariah face to face!
How exciting~
He scaled a nearby building and leapt across to another street
light before swinging himself around and around, faster and
faster, a determined smile on his face as he spun before he let
go, he couldn't help himself from doing a few spins and flips
while he was mid air, it was his specialty, okay?
He landed at the middle of the right side of crater that was
between the two hedgedog's, standing up tall and proud with a
confident smile, he then leapt over to Emily and threw his arms
around her waist in a hug, which if he managed to hug her,
probably would've thrown her off balance battle wise, if he did
manage to hug her he'd h her for a few seconds before looking
her face and frowning slightly, "Wait, wait a minute" He paused,
looking from Mariah to Emily, before letting go of her and
standing in the middle to the side again, he of course wasn't
really sure just what he was interrupting here, and wasn't sure
if he was making things worse of helping here.
He then went to the actual Mariah he had been after and hugged
her from behind, the right side of his back against her back,
his arms wrapped around her waist, "SweetPea~ I've waited so
long to finally meet you face to face" He cooed.

Sure enough Cacao's hug threw her balance, enough to cause her
to stumble and fall over. Mariah couldn't help but raise an
eyebrow and have a slight smile at this goof throwing Emily's
focus six ways to Sunday. Emily's lighter grey Beyblade was
wobbling slightly thanks to her concentration lapse at Cacao's
hands. [B]"Perfect! Driger let's slice up some evil!"[/B] the
middle of the grey Beyblade began to light up.
But Cacao hugging Mariah just went and undid all his good work.
Emily turned her eyes to her Beyblade and it spun up to the top
of the crater before carving out a chunk and sending it flying
at the prime hedgedog. Mariah would have been able to dive out
of its way but Cacao had her pinned with his hug, this caused
her to take the chunk full force in the gut.
Mariah ended up doubling over onto one hand in pain from the
impact. [B]"Guhhhh."[/B] If Cacao hadn't removed his arms from
around her after being the cause of her taking that chunk of
debris to the gut, she'd attempt to remove his arms from around
her. Either way he'd made a good first impression then ruined
it...
[B]"Cheap... Shot."[/B]
[B]"Cheap Shot?"[/B] Emily seemed to be riled up by this
comment. [glow=red,2,300][B]CHEAP SHOT?! I'll show you
cheap![/B][/glow] [glow=red,2,300][B]FALBORG!"[/B][/glow]
Mariah was getting back to her feet as Emily's Beyblade stopped
wobbling and began to light up, a dark blue griffin with its
talons extended rose from the Beyblade. Mariah let out a scream
in pain as something seemed to slice right up her arm, the prime
hedgedog clutched her arm, blood seeping out of it. She looked
panicked as she hadn't seen what had attacked her. Or rather,
thought she didn't...
If Cacao was still behind Mariah when Emily called Falborg out,
he'd have a giant cut down one arm like Mariah did.

Cocao of course went not knowing that he was causing strife and
making his beyblade battle a lot more difficult for both the
hedgedog's, he was just so happy to finally meet the one he
believed for sure was his one and only. The moment he first laid
eyes on her, he knew. He just knew <3 and now, finally he got to
see if she felt the same way about him.
"Ohh, oh no" His ears flattened at Mariah taking a full on hit
to her gut from her anti, is caused him to let her go, realising
that if he hadn't of been there she would've been able to dodge,
great first impression there chocolate spots..
He took a step back and chose not to intervene for the moment,
as when he did just before he got his beloved in trouble, which
was exactly what he wanted to avoid.
But when Mariah screamed in pain, he couldn't stand by and do
nothing any longer, she had a bleeding arm now, what could he
do, what could he do? "Hey!" He shouted out at Emily, his eyes
narrowing as a frown fell upon his face.
He bit his lower lip, he didn't really have much on him at the
moment, most of his stuff had been taken off of him and was back
behind stage, all except his rocket shoes, which where on his
feet, why was he wearing rocket shoes? It was in case he slipped
and fell while doing his pole spinning tricks, even pros can
have slip ups.
But how could his rocket shoes help him here?
He held his hands out to Mariah in a 'wait here' kinda motion,
"I'm, I'm so so sorry, uh-" He put one of his hands behind his
head, standing in front of Mariah, blocking off Emily and
everything else behind him from her. An accidental body shield.
He did want to keep her safe from any more harm after all.
Maybe if they where up in the air, they'd be hard to hit? Maybe
he could fly her off to someplace safe? Seemed like a better
idea to him then to stand around longer and not know what to do
while she bled out in front of him.
"I gotta get you someplace safe" Cocao put a hand at her upper
back and another underneath Mariah's knees, scooping her up in a
'bridal style' and taking a few steps away from Emily and the
rest of it, "Need me to grab anything before I get you out of
here and to safety? Your dad would kill me if I did t help you
outta here the moment there's a chance, but I don't want to
leave anything precious to you behind, got everything?" He
asked, looking to Mariah, looking very concerned whenever he
glanced at her injured arm.

Cacao calling out to Emily made the Anti-Hedgedog glare angrily
at him. He'd pretty much put himself in a bad situation with the
both of them. And with Emily out for blood, namely, Mariah's
blood, he was putting himself in a deadly situation picking to
help Mariah. [B]"Only chance pal. Leave us to our battle or I'll
leave you for dead with her..."[/B] she told the chocolate
spotted canine.
Only for him to step in front of her as Falborg was priming for
another attack. An evil grin came onto the Anti's face. [B]"Two
for the price of one...[/B] [B]GO FALBORG!"[/B] A screech came
from the creature and streams of white started to circle Mariah
and Cacao as he held her bridal style and her dark grey Beyblade
came back to her. Cacao couldn't really fight against this.
After all, you can't fight against the air. To Cacao it would
feel like he was being slashed at by knives. [B]"GO!"[/B] Mariah
screamed at him. She had tears in her eyes from the pain. She
had more of these streams circling around her than Cacao did and
more bleeding cuts were starting to open up. The potential for
her to bleed to death was getting higher.
Emily was loving this! You could tell by her crazy grin.
[B]"How's it FEEL Mariah? Windy huh? Like being trapped in a
drier at high speeds? Or are you being [I]hung out to dry[/I]?
Either way I'm takin you to the [I]cleaners![/I]"[/B] she said
before letting out an evil laugh.

Cocao's ears shuddered and flattened at the screech that came
from the creature behind him, and it wasn't long til a white
circle started to form around himself and Mariah from the
creatures quickness and use of the air.
He whimpered and yelped as the feeling of being slashed at by
knives hit, she didn't even need to yell for him to go, he knew
he had to get out of there. ASAP.
He kicked his feet and the rocket thrusters in his shoes roared
to life, his shoes seeming to glow before he held on tightly to
Mariah and the two took to the air, and Cocao did his best to
keep at least Mariah safe from harm.
He turned to the opposite direction of Emily and kicked his
feet, his shoes giving off a flash of light before the two where
given a boost in that direction.
This thing was crazy, it was like he was fighting with the air
around them, and judging by what Emily had shouted out just
then, it probably was.
He had a light light up on a collar around his neck, "Eh oh" The
show was about to start, he needed to be there, but he also
needed to be here with Mariah, he wasn't about to leave her. He
made sure to put on full thrust with the rocket shoes in order
to escape in case it was tried to keep the two there, "Outta
here! Hey I'll check back you later, alright?" He called out to
Emily. Although judging by how she was getting him and his crush
attacked by literally the air around them, he probably wasn't
going to be back anytime soon.
A few minutes into flying later and soon enough Mariah would
find a bright bubble of light had appeared near her heart area,
causing Cocao to loose focus on his flying ahead and he instead
chose to hover on the spot, looking curiously at the light,
before there was a flash, and the two where gone.
