       [B][I]{ACCESSING CEIL CARNAX STATEMENT ON CHELSEA
       MADNESS}[/I][/B]
       [color=gold][size=12pt][I]"Chelsea Madness-Rose. From what I've
       gathered on her so far, she can [B]go[/B] far. Ehheh~ Chelsea is
       the daughter to Madness the Hedgefox of another dimension
       quartet, as well as, curiously enough, Amy Rose. This makes me
       wonder because a. Being Sonic's son of course Amy might just go
       after the next best thing, but b. She actually stuck by him
       until she died. I sometimes question if she started that way but
       fell for his gentle, kind nature over time. Nonetheless the two
       tried their best and raised a strong, speedy daughter.
       I am lightly amazed by the adventurous output of the pink and
       white Hedgefox. Herself and TwoTail constructed a full blown
       spaceship capable of travelling to planets and universes far
       beyond the known limits of Mobius. Amongst those she has made
       friends on many planets. Most Interestingly to my teammates in
       her lists of allies is the Tsunkeidoans, a race whom, with the
       gained trust, can move you through time. The DCM are actually
       still trying to figure out how to gain their trust.
       Chelsea appears to control the hammerspace ability that her
       mother had with regards to the well known Piko Hammer, most
       likely she has had practice as she has hopped around the
       planets. And I say likewise to her capabilities of fairly high
       speeds that she seems to have obtained from her father. The
       average is higher for Madness and Amy than it is for Madness and
       Robynn, with Amy's speed actually being a much higher capability
       than the wild dog of course it will transfer to any of her
       children. Chelsea has rare usages of high speeds on record, but
       at wild guesses from speed, gene and personal trait analysis,
       she can run at speeds exceeding 55% of the speed barrier (400mph
       to the nearest 100)
       Chelsea seems to take a different approach in how she wields the
       hammer, well, maybe I should say [B]hammers[/B] as the Hedgefox
       wields [B]two[/B], one in each hand. I doubt these hammers could
       turn someone into a 'pancake', but two bonks to the head can
       still be a pain to the skull, memory, or even cave in someone's
       head, besides the hammers, she doesn't seem to carry much in the
       way of the Piko essences, compared to saaaay, Sapphire the
       Hedgehog, who has the Piko essences in a magic form. However,
       considering the plasma and laser cannons installed onto
       Chelsea's ship would mean she could vaporise [B]anyone[/B] on
       their feet quickly enough if in that thing, well, I wouldn't
       play chance with her myself. Of course not forgetting she has
       those Battle Bunyips, the Missile Bunyip and the Shadow Bunyip,
       and quite frankly, with how much travelling she's done and the
       gaining of trust of various planets and races that she's most
       likely achieved, I believe the Bunyips are just the start."
