"We're gonna regret this bet aren't we?""Already are, so you got
that right. For once""Hey! Need I remind you who's idea this
whole thing was?""Need I remind you that the answer to that is
you?""Hoh! Me? Yeah right! Don't answer my question with a
question Mr. Knowitall""Oh what are you going to do about it
Miss Bossyboots? Need I take you back a few hours previous in
story to prove it was your idea?""Technically, you came up with
the idea of the Beach Party, Robin-""Hey!""Thank you Minty""-But
you came up with the bet, Sapphire. So you both are responsible,
so instead of pointing your fingers at each other, I suggest you
get this party up and ready before your friends arrive!".
If it weren't for Veronica standing between the two and holding
them apart, they'd probably be tearing at each other's fur or at
least jabbing each other in the chest threateningly. The two had
a very short amount of time left to set up this beach party that
they had set up and invited all their friends too, and now it
was going to take them and Veronica with all three of the trio's
efforts to pull this all together before their friends turned
up.
"I still reckon Robin started the bet" Sapphire huffed, crossing
her arms, sticking out her lower lip. Robin imitated her, which
he knew would tick her off further, which it did.
"Tell you what, I'll replay a few hours back on my holoscreen,
for you two to watch WHILE you set up" Sapphire and Robin
relaxed up a bit, shooting each other a look before heading off
across the sand to set up the beach party.

asked, hugging her arms, "This would be a great way for me to
teach you Sapphire" A smile spread across Sapphire's face,
"You're going to invite Sis aren't you? This is just to see her
in a bikini isn't it?""WHAT! N-No! It was just going to be you
and I Sapphire!" Sapphire crossed her arms, pouting as she
turned her head away, "I'm not going without Sister""You're
really pulling at my tail here.. How am I suppose to focus on
helping you with Fem there?"

Robin pumped up a few beach balls and then threw one at
Sapphire's head, hitting her full on, it wouldn't hurt though,
it just bounced off, but Sapphire looked a bit irritated at
having it thrown at her, she jumped up and caught it before
throwing it back, "You know we wouldn't be in our current
situation if you had of just listened to me at the start and
went with the original plan". Sapphire stuck her tongue out at
him. "Enough".

thought before a smile crept up on his face, "You have to wear a
bikini that I pick out for you-" Sapphire shrugged, "No biggy"
If she was honest with herself, she didn't mind not wearing
clothes all together if that's what it came to. Remember who her
father is here.

"You're reaction to this one is still funny by the way Bossy
Boots" Robin shouted out to Sapphire.
The two had all the beach balls pumped and set in a pile, they
had some towels set out on the soft area of sand on the beach
with some umbrellas by them incase they where needed. The two
where now setting up a volly ball net on the sand, together,
"Not as funny as your reaction will be when Fem gets here"
Sapphire shot back. "You two""Sorry Minty".

promise before Robin wore a full blown grin, "I get to invite

both going to the beach. I'll only go in swimming shorts, and

Not with Scout there! Robin!" Her face was very red by now, "You
can't back out, you promised, what's wrong Sapphire? Too scared?
Admit you've got a crush on him?""N..N..No!" She disappeared for
a few seconds before returning with the swimsuit

The volley ball was set, the towels and umbrellas out and ready,
the blow up floaties and other water fun was all ready to go
too, the two had even gone out of their way to set out a little
platform with a barbecue and everything. Robin rubbed his
forehead and Sapphire out her hands on her hips looking at it
all, Sapphire looked to Robin and held a hand out, he went to hi
five it and she pulled it out, sticking her lower lip out, "I
was going to ask for sunscreen you fruit loop" Robin huffed,
"Jeez Sapphire, you know after all these years and all that work
just thought-" He got a punch to the arm, then she had him in a
headlock and noogied his head before he could even react, "Haha!
I know I know, ya love me" "No, Sister loves you, and you love
sis""I didn't mean it that way, silly, but if we're talking that
way then Scout loves you and you love Scout, right?" Sapphire
crossed her arms and looked away, "Robin..." He gave her a
nudge, "Hey, come on, I think it's cute, since when do you fall
for anyone?" Sapphire huffed, "Ok fine, it's true""You hear that
Veronica?""Robin." She said firmly, her eyes narrowing slightly,
as she cast an eye to the blue hedgehog, "No, no, ok sorry, that
was uncalled for-" Sapphire had turned away her ears low, "Hey
Blue? What's up? What's got you so down? We're going to have a
great day with our pals" Sapphire hugged her arms, "What if he
doesn't love me back?" Her lower lip trembled, Robin knelt down
and out his hands on her shoulders, she closed her eyes when he
tried to look at them, "Hey, now, don't do that, don't think
like that, he'll let you know if he feels the same when he's
ready Sapphire, ok? I know you don't like waiting, but you've
just got to be patient" Sapphire opened an eye and then squeezed
her arms tighter, "But what if he doesn't like me at all? What
if I'm chasing after someone way out of my league Robin? You
know how Mum was when she was little, I don't want to do that,
but it feels like I'm starting to" Her eyes went glassy so she
closed them again.
Robin picked her up and hugged her, "Hey, did I ever tell you
about how I used to think when I first met your sister?" He
asked her, she shook her head gently, "I was rather similar to
how you are now. You know 'wow, look at that gorgeous girl,
she's way too good for someone like me, how could I ever hope to
be by her side?'" Sapphire opened her eyes to look at Robin, by
his expression and tone alone she could tell he was joking
around, "You know I used to think I was an idiot for even
crushing on her, what chance did I have with her? There was no
way she was even going to look at someone like me, let alone
consider being in a relationship with me" He poked her nose, "At
least, that's what I thought" He smiled, and Sapphire managed a
smile back, "You meet everyone you do in life for a reason
Sapphire, wether it's good or bad will be found out eventually,
but I'm going to make two more bets with you here and one of
them is that I bet you Scout will be the very best one, you two
fit well together more than you probably realise" Sapphire's
warm smile from before was back and she gave her eyes a rub and
they where no longer glassy, "And the second bet?" Robin pulled
out the sunscreen and put a blob on her nose, which made her
giggle. "We all know we have a bit of trouble reaching our backs
when it comes to sunscreen, I bet you to go and ask Scout to put
on yours-""-Only if you rub on Sister's""Deal" The two laughed
before they both got head locked by Veronica, "THAT'S what I
like to see" She smiled, before disappearing back into her
device on Robin's wrist.

Clapping and singing could be heard approaching the duo.

There'd only be one person [B]that[/B] crude. It seemed that Alt
had came along and Michael was with him. Hey the two were best
buds after all. How they'd beat Fem here was a good question.
Then again teleportation vs speed...
[I]"Go wash your Tashie bands[/i] [I]your Vel raaaace
toooo."[/I]
[I]"Put on your swimming due we've got a lot to doooo."[/I]
[I]"Put ooon your warping face and your techno ryyyye."[/I]
The next part was sung together.

"Get ya skates on mate. Get YA skates on mate. No shocking
collar round your neck to-Daaay. EH! This is the seeelf

sociiiety."[/shadow][/glow][/I] the two topped it off with a
bout of laughter as they finally got over to Sapphire and Robin.

extended our invitation to?"[/I]
[I]"YUP! o3o We're bringing Crystal along, because she is
[B]reeeeeally beauuuutiful[/B] and her psychopathic side means
we can have some very heated-"[/I]
[I]"Madoka has gone off to fetch her and no doubt she already
has her arms draped around Nibor."[/I] Alt interrupting his over
talkative companion. [I]"Those two can be as strong as you and
Madsie YA know that?"[/I] Alt said to Robin, a bit of a grin on
his face.
Unless Sapphire or Robin had spotted them, they'd have no idea
that Madoka had appeared with the duo when Michael had started
going on about what he thought of Crystal.

Robin's ears went up at the clapping and singing, and Sapphire
soon looked up too, they knew exactly who it was when the voices
where close enough for them to hear.
And hearing the voices, the second on in particular made them
cast each other a concerned look, and Robin somewhat
instinctively took a step in front of his best blue friend right
before the singing duo came into view and where over by them.
Robin raised an eyebrow at being called a 'kid' by Alt, Sapphire
didn't really mind however.
The two looked at each other again when Alt's friend said that
Crystal and Nibor would be tagging along to this as well, speak
of the devils, there they where with Madoka now.
Robin raised his eyebrow again at Alt on his comment on Madoka
and Nibor being as strong as he and Fem, but like he and
Sapphire had said so far, he said nothing on it, remaining
silent.
Seems like he was still taking in the fact that people had
arrived.

on the other hand was eager
to make her own voice be heard after hearing what came out of
Alt's pals mouth about her.
Michael would find that he had been missed by her spiked Piko
hammer by mere millimetres, Crystal heaved the handle and pulled
the hammer back up into the air, "Don't call me things I'm not!"
She hissed, as she went to swing again but had Robin lunge at
her, knocking her hammer from her hands.
The hedgehog was furious at having her weapon knocked out of her
hands and at being interrupted in her swing, but lightened up
seeing it was Robin that had stopped her.
She leaned up and Robin started to lean back, knowing what was
coming, but she was quicker. She reached up and grabbed his face
and kissed him on the cheek, "Always keeping everyone out of
trouble I see~" She cooed, as he pushed himself away from her
and stumbled to his feet, this time getting behind Sapphire, who
looked weirded out at seeing her anti do that to her best
friend.
Robin tried to rub his cheek in the most inoffensive way he
could manage before clearing is throat and finally speaking up.
"Well hey, would you believe that this whole party was made by a
bet Sapphire and I threw together earlier today, and originally
we weren't going to have all the people that are invited, but
hey, I'm glad you guys have came along, and I hope you have tons
of fun" He smiled, holding a hand out to Nibor, who looked at it
then back at Robin, "What? What do you want me to do?" Sapphire
and Robin both put a hand to their foreheads at the same time,
"Nevermind".
Crystal looked to Madoka, "Sister? Can I go home? I feel very
out of place..." What a different tune to just before. Crystal
backed up and hugged onto Nibor's arm, she was still not used to
the more open lifestyle, she was used to order and big single
file lines, she'd hugged onto Nibor for a reason, because he had
done that with her too, it was the closest thing she had around
her to that. It was rather odd how quickly the hedgehog could
switch between her tones and emotions though.
She grabbed Nibor's tail and hugged it around herself "And I
hate this swimsuit, what is it's purpose? It does not read my
personality or my purpose in any way and it too revealing to
protect me from any who dare to attack, I'm left open, I don't
like it".
Sapphire looked a bit upset at Crystal's behaviour, this could
have been her...
She went over to her anti and plopped a blob of sunscreen on her
nose and then smiled, trying to be nice and lighten to mood a
bit, Crystal looked confused, and then trying to wipes it off of
her nose, swiping at Sapphire with her hands before hiding
behind Nibor's tail again, Sapphire dashed to hide behind
Robin's.
Finally Veronica stepped in, she jumped out of her device in her
own swimwear, not that she needed it, but it helped to set the
beach mood, she looked to the new arrivals and put on a smile,
"It's nice to see some friendly and new faces have arrived, the
two just finished setting up, why don't we get a game of
volleyball started? I'm sure you'd love to all play together-"
She leant down and poked Crustal on the nose, "Or maybe we could
put on some food first then rest in the sun before having some
games in the water? What do you guys want to do? You're the
guests after all, and oh-" She took the sunscreen from Sapphire
and wandered over to Alt, putting some on her right hand before
putting that hand on his chest and gently rubbing the sunscreen
in, twirling his chest fur around her fingers, gently curling
it, "Remember to put sunscreen on~ We don't want anyone getting
burnt in the sun" She half cooed, as she ran a finger under
Alt's chin and then turned and wandered back over to Robin and
Sapphire, her tail flicking up under the anti's chin also as she
headed off back, she shot a smile at Robin noticing his
dumbstruck look.

A rocket exploding in the air would catch the attention of most
on the beach.
Fem knew the rocket style, but three teenage hedgehogs came
wandering in, arms around each other and singing before she
could say anything. Two of them were female. Fem recognised
Mariah, Madoka recognised Emily. But the third one, a male,
similar in looks to the two girls.

"It's noticeably waaaarmer."

Every single moment is worth it's weight in goooold.
It's suuuummer it's like the world's best story and it's waiting
to be toooold.
It's ice cream cones and cheeerry soooda, dripping dooown your
chiiiin.
It's summerrrr man whereeere do weee
begiiiiiiiin."[/B][/shadow][/glow]
Mariah wandered up to Robin and glomped him while Emily wandered
over to Nibor with Crystal behind him and put on a big grin.

[B]"Daaaaaa. :D Oh hiya Aunt Crystal. :3 "[/B] Emily waved to
the dark blue hedgehog. [B]"The name's Emily. Your Robin's my
dad and your sister is my mother."[/B]
The third one though stayed where he was and watched the two.

one onto the scene was a certain tiger who came in via the air.
He came to a crashing stop in the sand, thankfully the soft sand
would leave him unhurt. [I]"And the next time you try to mess
with my rifle for a [B]prank[/B] I won't be so kind!"[/I] Well,
we know who sent him flying in at least. Fem wandered onto the
scene, She'd picked out

Michael went cross eyed grinning and let out a laugh at the
hammer. [I]"Ooooh you show off more of your-"[/I]

[I]"Fine. But I know that her crazy giggle sounds so amaaaazing.
o3o"[/I] Michael wandered over to the barbecue stand continuing
to lightly sing to himself.
Madoka just smiled over at Crystal. [I]"Sis, the swimsuit makes
you fit in and look great while on the beach. Nobody's going to
attack you while you're here with us. We can promise you
that."[/I]
Oh Alt had reasons to smile with Veronica around. And she just
made it even better by what she was doing. [I]"Rrrrrr <3"[/I]
his eyes drooped at Veronica rubbing her hand and tail under his
chin. [I]"I'll have a game of Veronica lovin~"[/I] he hardly
realised what he was saying before it came out. He quickly went
wide eyed and shook his head. But it wasn't at what he had just
said.
[I]"Michael what the heck!"[/I]
If anyone looked towards the barbecue they'd see that Michael
had the grill over his head and seemed to be looking around
inside it. [I]"I don't see the treasure map dude!"[/I] he turned
his head and the whole grill turned with him.
Typical Michael, could hold a weight and take a bruise, but
still dumb as a rock.

A smile instantly went onto Robin's face at the three hedgedog's
entering the scene in song, and Mariah glomming him and calling
him dad only made him smile more, he hugged her and lifted her
off of her feet, "There's my little superstar!" He grinned
happily before letting her go, "Who's your pal over there? I
don't think I've seen him before" Robin said motioning towards
the third teen hedgedog that wasn't Mariah or Emily.
"More of my what?" Crystal said, raising an eyebrow at Michael,
she was still 'getting to know' her brother's best pal, he was
confusing, but kinda funny at the best of times. Crystal then
looked to Emily, pulling Nibor's tail closer to herself as she
looked at the hedgedog with rather twitchy eyes. "Aunt?" She
questioned, before having something's explained to her, she
looked at Madoka and Nibor, "You guys had a kid and you didn't
even tell me?!" She let go of Nibor's tail and skipped around
Emily, "There's so much I've got to teach you! As your Aunt, you
know? Aunt's teach their nieces and nephews the good stuff, What
kinda stuff are you into kid?" She asked, she just has to know.
The Tiger flying (literally) into the scene made Sapphire's
smile pick up, she too was out from behind Robin when Scout hit
the sand, she winced slightly watching that happen, but seeing
his thumbs up gave the indication that he was okay, which is
always good.
She felt a soft but sharp jab to her left side ribs, and looked
to see Robin with his tongue out at her, oh great, here it
comes, "Look who also lacks a shiiiirt" He teased, Sapphire went
a bit red in the cheeks, she looked aside and spied Fem making
her way over though, a grin spread across her face, "Ohh~ Nice
swimming outfit Sister!" She called out, which of course made
Robin look, she took that time to slip past him and rush over to
Scout.
"That was some entrance there Tiger" She giggled, as she knelt
down behind him and tried to pull him up onto his feet, wrapping
her hands under his tummy and somewhat hugging him from behind,
before backing up to pull him up, her face went over his right
shoulder, and beside his face, she wore a smile, but had gone
rather red in the face, not that she was one whom didn't try to
hide it though. "N-nice swimming trunks Scout, I didn't know BLU
had those kinda things" Activate attempts to keep the
convosation off of herself and avoid Scout from seeing what she
was wearing. Activated. She kept her arms around him, and
continued to hug him from behind, making somewhat of an attempt
to dust off he sand from his front. The hugging from behind was
perhaps a method to keep her body out of Scout's view. She of
course, couldn't do it forever though.
Robin on the other hand had somewhat frozen upon seeing Fem, his
eyes went up and down, looking her over, he stopped at her face
when she got closer, he forced himself not to look down... He
bit his lower lip, he... Felt rather light headed.
His right hand went up, his nose was starting to feel funny...
He put his hand underneath it for a moment before pulling it
away to see what was up, his eyes went wide seeing blood, he'd
gotten a blood nose by looking at Fem. His hands shot up to
cover his nose, "You look-...WOW" He grinned nervously, "Not
that you don't already~" He was sure to add, because it was
true, she always looked WOW, especially to Robin.
Veronica smiled hearing what game Alt wanted to play, she
questioned what his friend was doing over by the barbecue
however, something about a treasure map, if Robin wasn't so
occupied with his beloved Fem, she was sure he would've spoke up
on how that barbecue was something he had to assemble himself.
Minty fiddled with the shoulder strap of her bright purple
swimsuit, and looked to Alt, she couldn't really stand by Robin
and Sapphire currently as they had both split from each other.
"Who's your friend Alt? I don't think I've met him before, he's
not in my databanks" She said, her eyes seemed to shift, but
would appear normal on the outside, on the inside she'd pulled
up some screens containing info and data, trying to search
through for a match on Michael.

Robin oggled at Fem, he couldn't hold himself back anymore, he
couldn't stop himself from looking down and up and then down and
up again, taking her full image in. He had to remind himself
that he and Fem where not alone, so nooooo touchy or anything
'too much' while they where out here on the beach, he cast an
eye to the three teens. Contain it Robin, store it for later.
He desperately tried to find something to draw his attention and
gaze away from the 'eye candy' his face flushing redder and
redder every time he looked.
First he went and grabbed a napkin from over by the barbecue,
giving Michael a very confused look as he took one and wiped
away the blood from his nose, before discarding the napkin in a
set out bin and heading back over to Fem, "Thick coat yanno?
Heat must've finally got to me" He said as an excuse to the
blood nose.
He then remembered back to the deal that he and Sapphire had
made at the start. The hedgehog hadn't done two parts of her
deal yet. And he still had one part to do himself.
He leaned over and gave Fem a kiss on the cheek, shooting her a
wink and a grin before taking the few steps distance away where
Scout and Sapphire where.
Fem was more than welcome to follow of course.
He smiled seeing Sapphire hugging Scout from behind, but Robin
being Robin, knew she was partly doing it so Scout couldn't see
her in the swim outfit.
Sapphire gritted her teeth as Robin made his way over to her and
Scout with a grin on his face, here it comes.
Robin held up two fingers, "You've got two things left to do in
that deal, Tiger lover" Sapphire's eyes widened and she could
feel a nervous sweat begin to build up.
She shook her head lightly at Robin and he nodded lightly back,
holding out one of the sunscreen container to her and Scout,
"You'll be needing this" Sapphire took it, her muzzle turning
bright red, her eyes went to Fem for a moment then back to
Robin, she couldn't exactly complain. She'd agreed to the deal
and she'd be lying if she said she didn't want Scout put her
sunscreen on, heck she would love to put his on for him, not
that she said it or showed it of course.
Robin peeled Sapphire off of Scout's back and set her down in
front of him, with the sunscreen in her hands, he gave her a pat
on the back, "You'll both need sunscreen on before going in the
water" He nudged Sapphire, reminding her of her 'I'll be the
first one fully under' deal, "We all need sunscreen on so don't
worry, you're not the only two" He said, turning to Fem with
another sun screen container, her spun his right index finger in
a circle, indications for her to turn around, he did still have
his part to do too.
Sapphire held onto the sunscreen container and stared at the
sand by Scout's feet for a few moments before taking in a deep
breath and looking back up at the handsome tiger. She gulped,
"A-ah... I.. I.. Need a little help on.. On Uhh.. On putting
some sunscreen on m-my back" Boy for someone not only on the BLU
team but blue furred as well, she sure looked RED. "C-Could I
get your help Scout? I could help you put on yours if you want"
She offered, holding the sunscreen out.
The deal was the at least apply or have applied, the sunscreen
to the back, for Robin, it was to apply it Fem's and for
Sapphire it was to have Scout apply her's, but potentially
either pair could rub in more sunscreen then just on the back.
