As much as I like the backstory of the greyjoys ( being a pirate
enthusiast myself ) I have to go with Bronn, I am just now
watching season 1 and he is probably my favorite so far after
what I just saw :)

I liked him so much more in the show than I did in the book. His
character goes with Tyrion so great.

For me, it used to be Bronn. But he got boring after Tywin came
into things. Now its Ser Jorah. The sexual tension between him
and Daenerys is out of control.
