Favorite Stark Family Character **Spoiler Alert: Seasons 1-3**

Hey I'm trying to bring some more activity to the forums so we
all have some stuff to do for those short timed missions. So how
about we start going through the different families within Game
of Thrones and discuss our favorite character from each family.
This can include bastards, but try not to include other
families. (I.E. Jorah being listed with the Targaryens.) Please
be mindful that this is within the TV show area, so please, no
spoilers beyond Season 3.
I want to say that my favorite character is Eddard, but his
character was not fully developed in my opinion. Therefore I
must say that Arya Stark is my favorite of the Starks. I like
her character development and how she copes with the loss of her
family. I can definitely see Arya's tale becoming a huge plot
point.

I miss Eddard. Really didn't see his death coming. Then I
realized EVERYONE DIES.
But yes, Arya is da bomb. Love that girl. I have no idea how the
books develop her past whatever has already happened on the TV
show, but I always hope in the back of my mind that she ends up
Queen of the Seven Kingdoms someday. Married to Gendry or
something.

As cool as that would be, I don't think it will happen that way.
I think the King and Queen will end up being Gendry and
Daenerys. It's cliche, but it makes sense. Don't worry, I
haven't gotten past the first chapter of book 2, so that's just
a guess, not a fact.

I'm a fan of Arya, as well.
I know this isn't the right thread, but in terms of who is my
least favorite Stark family member, Sansa takes the cake. I
know, I know, if I actually tried to put myself in her shoes I'd
probably be just as whiny and miserable as she is. But... ugh.
Just can't stand her.

Totally agree. I dislike her so strongly. And her portrayal in
the show just makes me wanna kick her teeth out. What a snotty
person. Lol.

I actually think Sansa is surprisingly strong, given what she's
had to deal with. Different situations require different
survival skills; if she and Arya switched places, both of them
would be dead by now. She does what's needed to keep herself
alive, no matter how painful it may be, and never loses hope of
escape.

Arya is my favorite Stark so far in the series; however, I am
still short a few books. Sansa goes many travesties, and, like
Arya, she survived them and is stronger for it.

Sansa just annoys the Hell out of me. She was a pompous bitch
from the get go. Different times I suppose, but damn man. She
has an attitude 90% of the time before shit gets bad. And then
when it does she's still fucking stupid.
