and wish to ask your allies here, please feel free. I realized
it was quite unfair not to have a section for questions

As the name applies. It is general. It could be anything
pertaining to the game. This is more specific. There is really
no reason to question such menial things.

If I have my smithy or other building create a broadsword or
other gear, will it consume special short swords or other
special gear to do so if other normal short swords or other gear
is available? Or, more simply, does a smithy or other building
have preference on whether to use unmodified gear to produce
other gear or not?

I believe that it can use special ones that are unequipped. I
don't know if the game has a preference system built in.

What is the maximum level attainable for the main character and
what is the maximum for a Sworn Sword?
What are the highest stats attainable in Battle, Trade, and
Intrigue for the main character without the use of gear?

@ Vindication: The game automatically selects "normal" items. If
you have only special (good or rare results) items, you'll be
asked if you want to contribute them.
