       E - Forum changes.

       E - Forum changes
       Following almost unanimous support from the regular attendees, E
       - Forum will be replaced for the weeks of 16th and 23rd November
       by a group role-play. This will be in the Tavern with partying
       while decorating the Yuletide Tree, brought by Brandt and a
       number of helpers, from Torvaldsland. Refreshments and drinks
       will be free, provided at  the expense and generosity of the
       Council during these times.
       Please also note that there will NOT BE an E - FORUM on 30th
       November. This is the Thanksgiving weekend in the US.
       It is hoped to have two regular E - Forums on 7th and 14th
       December before the Yuletide break.
       I hope all will enjoy the Yuletide festivities.
