       Changes to Slave Class

       Greetings
       After last Wednesday's discussion in slave class, I put the
       suggestions from class together and presented them to the
       Council
       The Council has agreed with our changes and we hope this will
       make not only better classes but better use of the time spent in
       class
       1. Scribing is an issue - the solution is that I will provide a
       summary to the council after the slave class is held
       This will mean slaves can participate and no one will have to
       scribe. It also adds a small bit of anonymity to the girls'
       comments as requested by the slaves
       2. With no scribes, a scribe will no longer be provided to
       slaves that do not attend class. If you want to know what goes
       on in class, simply ask a slave that was there Discussion among
       slaves is good and productive
       3. Classes will become a combination of Role Play,  forum style
       discussion, and lessons taught by "guest slaves". Classes will
       be taught at a higher level than white silk, meaning we will no
       longer review stuff that only pertains to white silks or is
       repetition for yellow or red silks
       4. This means that the important lessons that need reviewing
       will be posted and pinned in the corks under slave notes. The
       first lesson I will post will be proper greeting order. Once
       pinned it can be reviewed as necessary and can be easily updated
       as needed
       5. With no fg or trainers, I will be training any slaves that
       need training. I am hoping that a level of attention here will
       make the lesson & training go faster. One of the complaints I
       have had was that in the past the responses to sending and
       correcting lesson was slow and at times hard to get
       6.  Greater attention will be paid to time. I will start the
       classes on time or at least close to time. Also, I will try to
       keep the classes between 60 and 90 minutes. Note that I will not
       stop an ongoing class due to time if the discussion is
       productive and engaging
       These are the changes for now, however we are interested in your
       thoughts and suggestions on how to better improve the classes
       moving forward
