Dance of the Newly Collared Slave Girl

Entering the dance circle, sand soft under her feet, bells
adorning both ankles, black chalwar pants revealing a taught
belly. A red silk band criss crosses her breasts, revealing
their shape, tied behind her back.
Long, golden blonde hair cascades down her back, green eyes
sparkle with nervousness and joy.
Just before the music begins, she stands in a starting pose,
hips tucked, back straight, head high, left arm arcing above her
head, right arm at an angle to her side.
When the song begins, she kneels, crossing her wrists to bring
them above a bowed head; the position of submission. She looks
up, eyes wide, and pulls her arms, but they seem to be held or
bound by an invisible force. Her back arches, bringing her
breasts forward, her head falls back.
Then arms released, she touches the collar adorning her neck,
with wonder and fear showing in her emerald eyes.
She rises to her feet, as though commanded, standing straight,
still for a moment.
Then begins a slow, seductive beat of drum and strings, to which
she moves sensuously, her body writhing, belly fluttering, arms
in front of her, undulating one after the other. She stands
still again, her hips pistoning side to side, up and down a few
times, before her arms join in, swaying in time with her hip
movements. Swinging her upper body into a full circle, her arms
move to the sides, undulating like snakes, then they come
together before her as though bound and she walks across the
sand, hips accentuating the movement. A twirl and she arches
backwards, as though pulled, blonde hair falling behind her,
only to be stood upright again.
The music picks up tempo, her hips pop faster, a shimmy of
delight, arms swaying from her sides, to move upwards above her
head before descending down to frame her hips. Once again her
hands caress the collar she wears about her throat, but this
time a smile of joy bursts upon her face and into her green
eyes. With her left arm horizontal to her chest, her right hand
makes a circle about her face, bringing attention to the
happiness that she feels.
Opening her arms wide, she circles her hips into a moving bow,
arms beckoning in a movement of “come to me” embrace. Arms
snake and hips shimmy up, down, side, up, down side, alternating
hips. She twirls, sand lifting up about her feet, pure
enthusiasm in her movements.
Her upper body sways, her arms serpentine as though pulled by
invisible bonds. As the music comes to a crescendo, she kneels,
once again assuming the position of submission as the song ends.

This might have been part of a silks lesson she needed to do.
(If bria is remembering the lessons in order)
Of course it might have been nice to see it in person, but she
chose to do it here . Either for part of a lesson, or maybe she
didn't want to dance alone in the Tavern? *shrugs*
And it's not bad for a first dance? Way to passive aggressively
put someone's dance down! bria knows it isn't always a natural
thing to be put on the spot and dance "publicly". Stage fright
is a real thing.
Zahra, you did amazingly! You've already received many
accolades by those who matter. Ignore those that don't matter.
Period ..way to go beauty!! *hugs tight*
