       E - Forum time changes in North America
       Please note that E - Forum will be held one hour later in NA
       owing to the change in clocks from 12th. March.
       This will continue until until 26th. March when Europe changes
       to Summer Time.
       E - Forum times:  UK: 7:30 pm; Holland: 8:30pm; GS time: 2:30
       pm.  (March 12 & 19 )
       From 26th. March GS time will revert to 1:30 pm.
